One of the best furniture spots in the city. Love coming to RH to discover colour pallets and discuss art and such with their very friendly staff. Would recommend going if you want a warm contemporary escape from busy Southgate. Love it!

The most amazing service that I have ever received, period... From the moment I stepped foot in RH right down to the delivery of the product, simply amazing. Dealing with Augusto and Ryley was such a pleasure that they took away all the of the anxiety when it comes to purchasing high end products. Restoration Hardware stands completely behind it products which is so rare to find these days. It is worth it to spend the extra money to shop at RH knowing that they will ensure you are completely satisfied at the end of the day. P.s. I had placed 2 separate custom furniture orders from RH and both were able to be delivered and set up in my house within a couple of weeks after my order. Nothing short of remarkable !!!
What do you do when brown goes out of style
Today I checked with RH staff member to find where I could repair a floor lamp that I purchased several years ago. I was having no luck finding someone to repair dimmer switch which quit working. After speaking with Sandra and Kathleen at Southgate RH, they offered to replace this lamp! Can’t say enough about the excellent customer service- above and beyond!
I’ve purchased several pieces of furniture from RH. Customer service is beyond expectations. The cained seat on one of my island stools started to separate, they immediately replaced all four stools because they wanted to ensure the wood stain would match. I had a lighted make up mirror that was rated for 1,000 hrs use, after about three years it started to flicker. They replaced it, no questions asked. You pay more, but they do stand behind their products and want to ensure your are completely happy.
Our company had an excellent experience shopping at RH. From the minute our representative walked in the store, the staff were courteous and helpful. When I required additional assistance, Meagan stepped in and provided exceptional customer service. We are very excited for our new lights and can't thank Meagan enough for her guidance.
I have purchased lots of furniture from Restoration Hardware, my entire office. Excellent design and quality. Pricing is really the only reason for a 4/5 star rating as everything is in US dollars plus shipping and duty until they get some Canadian warehouses, but you can often get 20% deals throughout the year which make up for the difference with the extra charges. Last week, I had 2 chairs arrive which were both awesome, but one was not the colour I was hoping it to be from the pictures I ordered it without seeing it in person. Within days of speaking to the manager at Southgate, I had a replacement chair in a darker colour at my door with no issues. I was very impressed with how the exchange was handled, and how professional the team at RH was to deal with. Great store, very exclusive and unique furniture you wont see in everyone else's homes.
Great furniture for large scale homes! Lots of great design advice as well.
