I had a frustrating experience at Home Depot today. I asked a staff member I believe his name was Sahib for help finding a tool. He told me to give him 10 minutes while he checked for it. I waited around 40 minutes, and he never came back.nnWhat made it worse is that I saw him helping other customers during that time, but he never returned to update me or even let me know if the item wasn’t available. A simple heads-up would have gone a long way.nnTo add to the frustration, the product still shows as available in-store on your system and website, which makes the lack of follow-up even more disappointing.nnCustomer service should include basic communication and respect for people’s time. This experience definitely needs improvement.
