I bought select grade lumber, ended up having to find the best piece myself and after getting my snow covered wood home, found it was almost unusable. Absolutely will not be back for lumber.

This location is in the south of Edmonton. It's a corner store . The staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a great place to visit if you are planning to renovate or add something new to your house,garden, lawn or office etc. Their products are very reasonably priced. They offer discounts and promotions which are really worth looking into. They have many seasonal products which are interesting and well priced . There is plenty of free parking right in front of the store with wheelchair accessible entrance and parking spaces. The lumber/backyard staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had a wonderful experience at this store and would surely recommend this place.

The store manager and department manager and all front desk staff that worked on January 27th at 3:30 pm should be ashamed of themselves. They sold a tool to my husband that was missing the actual saw inside the case. I brought it back to the store within an hour of purchasing and instead of giving a customer the benefit of the doubt or even double checking security footage first, they stalled me in the store for 30 min all whispering and giggling.. I then realized they thought I had stolen the saw. I don’t understand how you can be in a management role in any capacity and treat a customer in this manner. The department manager was also immature and mocking me when i was clearly upset for being accused of stealing. The store manager then said we are going to ahead and give you the refund even though we have confirmed from the associate who sold my husband the saw that it was in the box. I told them I wouldn’t be taking any money back from them until they watch the footage themselves and see that we did not steal and that they just wrongfully accused and insulted a paying customer.After going and watching the footage he quietly says that he can confirm the saw was not in the box when it was sold. So the associate was lying !nnI was mocked, lied to, laughed at, the managers were argumentative and arrogant and not a single apology when they realized I did not steal anything after forcing them to pull up the camera footage.nnWhat a joke for management and an embarrassment as far as customer service goes.nnAlso was provided a fake number by the department manager when asked for a number to make a complaint. I had to call the store back to get the real number.

I ordered a replacement dishwasher online. It was delivered by a different company. The delivery people were extremely rude and I had to argue with them to take away the old dishwasher which is the service I was paying for, I had to book a third company to do the installation, which I paid for through Rona. When the installer was finished he said that the door was broken and would only last a few washes before breaking, I called the store and they sent a replacement but said I would have to pay for installation again. I ended up just doing it myself like a should have in the first place. I don't recommend anyone order online from this store. Just do it all yourself. They're unreliable,

I visited RONA 9115 51 ave NW to purchase 10 self-leveling bags and asked for assistance with loading them. While someone was helping me, a RONA employee name Darren store manager approached and told me I should load the bags myself, stating that I am bigger than the person assisting me.nnThis location most of senior employees are rude .nnThis behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful towards a customer. I have a back problem due to a fall from the stairs, and my chiropractor has specifically advised me not to lift heavy weights. Each bag weighs 50 lbs, making it impossible for me to load them without risking further injury.nnRONA needs to address the behavior of its staff and ensure they treat customers with respect and empathy. This experience was very disappointing.nnWould you like me to make any additional changes?
