Poor manager.
He did not want to give the price that another Rona has. (MATCH PRICE!!!)

Smaller RONA was formerly a Totem location, so has the basics but not the full range of products you can get at the full Rona locations.  You can, however, easily find staff and get friendly assistance almost immediately.  Plus, fresh popcorn!
