The auto service has been so great! They got me in right away for an emergency power steering replacement and had the parts already available. They had everything fixed and replaced within an 1.5 hour and were very friendly and showed me all the parts to explain everything they were doing.nnI came back the next day to get my brakes done because their quote was lower than others in the area and were able to get me in that day which I appreciated. My car was finished earlier than expected and I was able to earn Canadian tire money on top of it all.nnI will definitely return in the future for any auto issues or maintenance.

this store is well organized, big and associates here ARE FRIENDLY! They are always so happy greeting us and our puppy. 1 of the associates even remembered my puppy's name Even the the associate who collects back the carts in the parking lot is very polite and helpful - last time we were at this store was just last Wednesday and I saw the same associate help an elderly couple in the parking lot. Maybe the management/ owner here is good and respectful to associates hence it reflect to how the associates are treating us customers on the floor. My husband and I has been to MANY candian tire in 3 major provinces even to the smallest one in a remote town but this store BY FAR HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I do not say this lightly. WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL in this store.

The BEST Mechanic shop in the city! Thank you so much to the amazing staff at this Canadian Tire location. I have brought my vehicle here since my standard warranty expired on my Santa Fe. I now have over 552 400 kms on my car and she still runs perfectly. Like wow.nI love that I can bring my car here and within a couple hours, I have a diagnosis with the work being completed that day. I love the fact that I can bring my car here for any issue and it is fixed without my worrying that I’m being overcharged or being sold on work that doesn’t need to be done. When I do have larger repairs, I love the fact that front staff show / explain to me what the problem is and work with me on a timeframe to have things repaired. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommended!

Nick in auto parts is fantastic. He's helped me numerous times over the last few years for odds and ends and his service is always excellent. Just recently he helped me with an engine filter mix up where I was given the wrong filter on an order that didn't match What I ordered on my receipt by the online orders team. He was able to resolve the situation with customer service.nnI hope this location acknowledges his consistency to service and customers.nn10/10

Regular customer at your store for many years without any issues with mechanical work on my vehicles, tires,lubrication products to a new water heater. Never an issue until today. I purchased an oiler jersey for my wife for mother's day. I cut off the price tag as is often done when giving gifts. The jersey was too small for her so I came to the store to exchange it for a larger size. Had the tag I cut off and my receipt. Found out when I got there that there were no larger sizes available. When I tried to return it was told that I couldn't because the tag was removed!! I was shocked and asked to speak to the manager. The lady said she WAS the manager. I explained i could not accept that. I asked how was I to know that policy and asked to see where in the store that was stated. It's not . People in line behind me were also shocked to hear this. She then called someone else and then advised me I could get store credit which is fine.This whole scenario could have been avoided by offering that option at the beginning without stressing out a loyal customer! Very poor customer relations!
