A machine is only as good as the sum of it's parts, and this machine's strongest part is "Robbie C". After having a slight mishap mildy resembling the best parts of Stephen King's "The Shining", I was in need of a new door. Like many of you "'80s kids", I watched an inordinate amount of Home Improvement when I was growing up. Despite Tim Allen's propensity for cocaine, I wasn't sure that I possessed the necessary skills and knowledge to undertake a task of this magnitude. I needed a gentle push in the right direction. I needed some guidance, I needed my own Tim Taylor.. or at the very least, Billy Mays. I walked through the front door, old door dragging along behind me like a child unwilling to leave the toy aisle of the local Walmart. The bewildered looks of the clerk nearest to this excercise in 80's television antics gave me little faith that I was making the right decision. I wondered around the in the door aisle for what seemed like an eternity, most employees walking past doing their best not make eye contact. Fortunately for me, Robbie C was up to the task.

Ok store for its size. They carry your typical construction items allowing you get almost every job done. Staff are friendly and helpful. The cramped space can be hard to navigate but it gets the job done. Commercial sales is especially helpful if you have an account.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Awful management that will do nothing for you. Happy to take your money, won't help you at all with defective product. Shop at Home Depot, they get it and are always happy to help wether it's spending thousands or returning product.

Very friendly staff. The place big enough to have a lot of choices and not too big to get lost. Instead of waiting in the isle for a hope to get a specialist they have a nice help desk in the center of the store and you can ask your questions right there. They will take you the right isle and find the product and they also will search what you looking for on the computer and show you how it looks and how it's supposed to be used. If the person helping you doesn't know all the details they'll ask a colleague that knows. If that is not enough, they also provide air miles.

Rude customer service. I'm just asking for clarification of my stuff if they still have it. I do not like to go back to this branch, even if we are not a white people you should treat us equal.stupid people.
