David at the front desk was most helpful and really pleasant. He really made our check-in run smoothly. Best service we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The kids really enjoyed getting a surprise teddy bear also! Our rooms are amazing. We definitely will be back.
Our stay was GREAT right off the bat; David at check-in was AMAZING, he was incredibly personable and picked a room for us with a little extra space for the family. The valet gentlemen were incredibly kind and helped my dad with directions as he is not familiar with the area. Our room was beautiful, everything was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!
I always love staying at this hotel for a conference I attend annually. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The beds are super comfy. The hotel is attached to the Metro Convention centre which I love.nThe customer service is excellent. Every member of staff I saw welcomed me to the hotel. A shout out to David on the front desk for making a lasting impression when checking me in. Friendly, funny and ensured I was in the best room for me with a super fast and convenient check in. Thank you and see you next year!
Recently stayed the Hotel for a trip to see the Bluejays. W Hotel was an excellent place to stay. Great rooms and location are superb. Equally as good was the reception…Jacob when checking in was great and David who was at the Desk during the night was the icing on the cake…made my mom and the rest in our group feel super special. Overall an awesome experience.
This is my first time visiting Toronto and wow let me tell you, my stay and the Intercontinental made this trip excellent. I want to give a special shout out to 2 amazing people that work there.nVictoria from house keeping was incredibly kind and welcoming when I saw her as I returned to my room. We had a genuine conversation and she gave me a list of places to visit during my stay. When I tell you that we did half the list and had such an amazing time! I was very grateful for her suggestions as I had ideas but was kind of going with the flow before me and Victoria crossed paths.nMy second shout out is to Ardiz from the front desk! I’ve been having such a good time that I inquired about a late check out due to my late flight the day of my departure. Not only did she fulfill my request but she even brought a microwave over to my room so that I can enjoy my leftovers! She was very kind and helpful and I’m deeply appreciative of it.nnThe rooms were clean and the pillows are super fluffy. The entire building was impressive with plenty of seating, fast elevators, very clean and staff available to assist.nnMy only suggestion would be to have the steam room and hot tub just a wee bit hotter. Thats it. Everything else was excellent. Great location! I was able to take the train from the airport which was extremely convenient. Lots of sight seeing opportunities and restaurants were within a mile of the hotel. I am definitely choosing this hotel the next time I visit!!
