David at the front desk was most helpful and really pleasant. He really made our check-in run smoothly. Best service we’ve had at a hotel in a long time.  The kids really enjoyed getting a surprise teddy bear also!  Our rooms are amazing. We definitely will be back.

Our stay was GREAT right off the bat; David at check-in was AMAZING, he was incredibly personable and picked a room for us with a little extra space for the family. The valet gentlemen were incredibly kind and helped my dad with directions as he is not familiar with the area. Our room was beautiful, everything was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!

Himesha greeted us, at check-in, with a lovely and friendly welcome. The lobby is beautiful, modern, organized & clean. Our room was the same, with a great view of the City. We've eaten at the restaurant, Azure, before, and we love it! The food and service are superb! We walked to & from Union Station. And also walked to Rogers Centre for a Blue Jays game. Very close & convenient. The only wee disappointment, is that we had no time to be able to use the pool or hot-tub. Perhaps on Game nights it could stay open til 11:00 instead of 10:00? Well, perhaps next time. Thank you.

I always love staying at this hotel for a conference I attend annually. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The beds are super comfy. The hotel is attached to the Metro Convention centre which I love.nThe customer service is excellent. Every member of staff I saw welcomed me to the hotel. A shout out to David on the front desk for making a lasting impression when checking me in. Friendly, funny and ensured I was in the best room for me with a super fast and convenient check in. Thank you and see you next year!

My family of 5  kids ages 8,6,3stayed at the Intercontinental and it was truly a great experience.  The pool, hot tub and steam rooms were fantastic.  We were in town for a few ball games and the hotels close proximity to the stadium was perfect.  The staff was great to deal with and were always looking to bring positivity to your stay.
