An absolute 10/10 experience! I stayed here for a business trip with my consulting team, and honestly, this place blew us away. The location is perfect -- right in the heart of downtown, making it a grand addition to Toronto's vibrant culture and cosmopolitan energy.nnThe real standout is the staff. Their guest-centric service is next-level, and they seriously looked after us like VIPs the entire time. Huge shoutout to Lukas, Hanna, and Shea in particular -- their professionalism and hustle were so impressive that I just might have to steal them away to come work on my consulting team at EY! The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is truly one of those special hotels that seamlessly caters to both John Doe and a HNWI guest by enlivening all five senses, which is on full display in their gorgeous suites and massive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase some of the most amazing views of the city.nnWe also got plenty of time to check out the amenities. The spa and fitness centre are top-notch and the perfect spot to unwind after a long workday. Plus, the Club Lounge became our absolute favorite destination to grab a drink and hang out as a team before heading out to our nightly dinners. If you are planning to visit Toronto for business or pleasure, do yourself a favor and stay here. We're already planning our next trip back later this year!

Lived up to the hype of the ritz carlton. Was only able to stay one night after moving out from Toronto and before my early morning flight. However, beauitful rooms with a great view. They acknowledged my marriot gold status and gave me a higher floor. The view was amazing. Such great service. One of the best hotel gyms I have ever used. I hope to be able to come back here for a stay.

SPA ExperiencennEmily is an outstanding massage therapist. I came in with significant lower back pain, and her unique technique combined with slow, intentional movements provided incredible relief.nnShe takes the time to understand what your body needs and works with remarkable skill and care. I left feeling relaxed, aligned, and virtually pain-free.nnWithout a doubt, this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic and effective massage experience.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help.nnThe restaurants and bar were fantastic. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well organized.nnThank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aruba.
