Great service today November 12. The staff working were super quick, efficient, and had a great attitude — totally different from the last time I came, when things were slow and the vibe wasn’t good. I don’t mind if people are high, but have a good attitude like today! Keep this team — they’re fast and efficient, and make the visit worth it.

Remarkable staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and great at handling customers, even during the busiest of times. The members program offers everyday discounts on some of my favourites. Clean, well-organized shop layout. Give them a visit if you're in the area, it's a standout among the herd.

Zero Star.nBought a pre-roll from this dispensary and it was completely empty inside. Not a little short — literally nothing. The staff had issues scanning it and held onto it for a while before handing it over, like they knew something was wrong. When I brought it back, they refused to exchange it or take responsibility. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.nnThis is either a scam or gross negligence — either way, it’s unacceptable. They’re selling tampered or defective products and refusing to make it right. Absolutely no accountability or basic customer service.nnDon’t waste your time or money here. Go to a place that actually respects their customers and stands behind what they sell.

My fav cannabis shop. Buying here oftenly, the employees are always helpful, do provide all the needed information and recommendations, and overall are absolutely lovely folks.nOsama, Anirudh, Sal were helping em today, spent like 20 mins explaining the difference between the strains I was interested at. Absolutely lovely experience and lovely folks!

Been going to this store over a year all the staff ok but for some reason went into the store last night there was a rope at the door and no one there as usual.So as usual i walked past the roap with id in hand.The black guy tells me i need to go back and wait for someone which takes 5-10 min always.I left walked down the street and went to Purple Mouse dispensary.Great customer service Over there.Never go into this store way too much attitude and 0 customer service.0 Stars is what this store deseves.
