Zero Star.nBought a pre-roll from this dispensary and it was completely empty inside. Not a little short — literally nothing. The staff had issues scanning it and held onto it for a while before handing it over, like they knew something was wrong. When I brought it back, they refused to exchange it or take responsibility. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.nnThis is either a scam or gross negligence — either way, it’s unacceptable. They’re selling tampered or defective products and refusing to make it right. Absolutely no accountability or basic customer service.nnDon’t waste your time or money here. Go to a place that actually respects their customers and stands behind what they sell.

Very clean and easy to navigate store, workers are super patient and understanding. Ongi is a lovely lady and always has a smile on her face every time I come in. As a Uk citizen they made it easy for me :

Honestly good stuff and good prices. That’s why I go back. But man the amount of times that customer service has been so bad! They just don’t take any criticism or questions. They just get so defensive. They need more people on floor on evenings. Lines at the door. I’ve seen so many negative interactions with guests! They literally talk back to you with attitude. So upset. I’ll be moving elsewhere. All other reviews say bad service too

If I could give less than one star, I would. A few days ago, I visited Canna Cabana to purchase some cannabis. When I got home and opened the product, I found it completely dry with no humidity pack to preserve freshness. The packaging date was from September, and the product was unsmokable as a result.nnI returned to the store the next day and was told the manager, Francis, wasn’t in. I left my phone number and was assured he’d call me the following day. That call never came. When I followed up, I was told there was a scheduling mix-up and that he wouldn’t be in until Saturday.nnSaturday came and went—still no call. I eventually called the store around 5:30 p.m., only to be met with a dismissive and distracted response. The person on the phone was clearly busy with something else, fumbling around, and not listening to what I had to say. I expressed my frustration, and he handed the phone over to another employee I had spoken to previously, who then told me I should reach out to the distributor directly.nnI’m sorry, but how is it the customer’s responsibility to resolve a product issue with the distributor? In any other retail setting—like a grocery store—the store would handle the issue directly. I’m not sure why Canna Cabana can’t provide that same level of accountability.nnAs an Elite member and regular customer who has brought friends and family to shop here, I’m extremely disappointed. This experience has not only left me with a poor product, but also with the feeling that customer concerns are being brushed aside. I had hoped for better service and resolution, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.nnI will not be returning in the future, I will take my business somewhere, where customer care and service is top priority, and where people stand behind the product they sell.nShame on you!!

Place is good, but they need more people at the counter during busy times, which is evening. Lineups are unbelievable.
