The prices can't be beat, which would make you think the customer service could suffer. But it doesn't. At all. It's excellent. Shout out to Austin and Anirudh for your help with my purchase today. You guys were patient and helpful and the business is lucky to have you.

Tried to call them for hours to ask about a specific expensive piece of hardware that Google indicated that they were a dealer of. After a while I gave up and just drove there in a bit of a snowstorm. Wasn't busy at all with one other customer and there was one young kid working alone. Why could he not answer the phone after at least 10 attempts? Evidently they don't answer calls which everybody else does and no voicemail either. I thought they must be pretty special if others put up with that, so I was intrigued to check it out. Not only did they not have what I was looking for but and he had never even heard of it. Their prices must be good because I can't imagine people go there for the service - I won't be back.

Been coming here for years, came without my ID one time and the bud tender was extremely rude, I understand I can’t be served without my ID that’s totally valid, but to go on a power trip and tell me “you can leave now” is crazy. They don’t teach professionalism in bud-tender school I guess. Going to one plant from now on.

Hector, Francis and Ongy are my favourite Budtenders! And the other fella I can’t remember their name. What amazing customer service everytime you walk in. Tonight they had the misfortune to deal with a very rude and out of line customer - this team did not disappoint! They handled themselves with decorum and professionalism even while being taunted and baited to rise by this annoying customer. Bravo to this store’s team - they make the place feel like home. I drive out of my way to attend this store. It is worth it to receive the great service and recommendations they ALWAYS provide. Big luv to you all

Great service today November 12. The staff working were super quick, efficient, and had a great attitude — totally different from the last time I came, when things were slow and the vibe wasn’t good. I don’t mind if people are high, but have a good attitude like today! Keep this team — they’re fast and efficient, and make the visit worth it.
