TD Canada Trust

came to this branch because my debit card had expired and wasn’t sent a new one. I went to a lady as my teller and I was extremely inconvenienced. She was very rude and condescending to start. Staff doesn’t know how to work and over wait for simply debit card. Not sure they trained or not.However, when I went to a different branch, which also was NOT my home branch, they gave me no issue with in 10 min. NEVER go to this branch, worst experience ever.

I came to this branch because my debit card had expired and wasn’t sent a new one. I went to a short/overweight Indian lady as my teller and I was extremely inconvenienced. She was very rude and condescending to start. I went to a different branch and did not experience the same issue. She didn’t give me a new debit card even tho I presented my valid license and credit card. I also didn’t know the code to my debit card. However, when I went to a different branch, which also was NOT my home branch, they gave me no issue. I got a new debit card with my license, credit card and old debit card on hand. She had told me she needs my license and my passport/birth cert and can’t accept my TD Visa. Because of this, I was locked out of my online banking as my card expired, could not access my investments and trade on the stock market. I had made time that day to go to the bank and didn’t have time again for days because I’m a shift worker. I don’t know how this bank hires or trains people but inconveniencing clients to the point where they can’t manage their own investments is ridiculous to me. That women lacks basic manners, forget knowing how to do her job and provide decent customer service. Please do not go to this branch.

Worst bank to deal with. Waiting times for any service is joke. If you have any important business, don’t go here.

This branch is a joke & it’s full of clowns working there. TD has downgraded it’s service by hiring people with no skills of customer service.. I’ve been dealing with TD since long but experience dealing with such people in the branch has made me to switch to better bank.. first of all they can’t help you well when you’re in the branch coz they clearly don’t have knowledge like I work in the same industry & have more knowledge then the people working in this branch ..they can’t set up a simple pre authorized payment from an a/c .. & I had to visit twice & still my work is not done..they tell me they will call me but they never do ..they think I’m a stupid client ..no buddy I will be complaining to your head office now ..idiots!

I went to this branch early morning weekdays and there was a line up of people. Need more staff i think. Separate line for business customers is very helpful. Drive through is available. ATM area needs cleaning. It was dirty at 10.30 am
