My experience at this location was truly the best. I have dealt with other branches and it was not that great. The advisor she took her to to explain everything. I was satisfied and love to continue doing my banking at this location.

Too busy bank,service too slow,staff usually always new & they give training each other,always big lines if u don’t have time don’t go at this location because u have to wait minimum half an hour,try to go at highway 27 location instead of this location

Management at this branch after the main male manager left is horrible! Some employees are exceptional but the others including and especially management bring down the overall rating to 1 out of 100

The manager Masuma is terrible. She is in over her head. I look toward to taking my business else where. Keep up the terrible work. She is more concerned about reprimanding her workers versus proving excellent customer service.

dealt with the branch manager (I think her name starts with mas...).. she was simply ignoring my request so I had to goto another employee. these guys need new management at this branch.
