TD Canada Trust

I have been going to this T.D bank since few months. I have tried to go on different times but overtime there is a long line of customers waiting to see teller but always there is only one of two tellers to help customers for banking. One time I spoke to manager as well but no improvement. So if you are free and have nothing better to do in your time then go and do banking in this branch your time will pass easily waiting for the teller to see.

The wait was long even though I had an appointment. The front customer service desk was unstaffed until fifteen minutes later when one of the staff from the side offices came forward. I was finally served by someone I did not have an appointment with to open an account, who ended up doing it incorrectly. After a few days of my account still being inactive I attempted to reach the branch and had both emailed the individual who served me and left a voicemail for the branch (they still had an outdated holiday voicemail greeting I might add), and still have not heard back. The individual who served me was polite, but it seems that this branch is quite unorganized. I went to my home branch in Oakville who quickly rectified the issue and discovered the representative did not submit all forms completed. He was responsible for contacting me to obtain this missing information, which he never did. I do not recommend this branch for anything other than the very basic day to day banking... even then the wait time for all services appeared to be long.

The manager Fatparkash? really needs training in customer service and has very little investment knowledge to be a Branch Manager. Perhaps TD and the District should conduct a standardized test to see who actually is competent of being a manager instead of sticking in an ethnic minority to simply cater to the local area. Even if an ethnic minority is required for the area I have come across several individuals who are distinguished and knowledgeable more than Mrs Fatparkash at this location.
