I wish i could give zero stars. The worst branch to go to. Advisers like Harleen working on 04 jan 2025 doesn’t want to know the concern of the customers. She was acting so arrogant and rude i can’t even explain. If they don’t want to work on weekends, just tell your manager but do not act like you don’t even care about the customers.nWhen i entered the branch, there was huge lineup and she was just casually using her phone and not being bothered by the lineup. If she doesn’t want to work then just leave, don’t ruin anyone’s day by being so rude, egoistic and arrogant.

4 tellers working only 1 taking the clients.nnSlowest RBC branch I have ever seen. Huge line up, but the employees are seen chatting amongst each other. Not everyone has as much time to come to the bank and this branch makes the experience even worse.

I was at the bank to get another Debit card with my photo Identication Card and a Credit. The manager refused to honor it since my seven years card damaged. He has to make me go home for my Passport. The manager was not accomodative but also rude. When I was there, other customer was making complain too. The manager needs customer service, Multicultural and racial training. The manager does not posses the skill or knowledge to be in charge.nPS: I am posting above message for my Daddy, Adelola with same last name.

Visited this bank today and was shocked to see the rude behaviour of one of the employeesnI usually go their for my business to do wire transfers and i was told before that i have to pay wire fees and i did pay also they said they may wave bank draft fees sometimesnToday i just asked for that and the lady very rudely said that your account here is fairly new herenShe did wave the fees for one of the two bank drafts i gotnBut her very rudely behaviour make me write this review so every one knownI could have mentioned the name of the employee but doesn’t want to go that far

Pathetic customer service. Asked the security guard to use the washroom. She said as per bank manager washroom is only for employees. And bank customer can use nearby restaurants washroom.
