RBC Royal Bank

Very poor customer service, tellers are serving their known customers bypassing the queue and discussing none banking related issue while others customer waiting , will never visit this bank again.

I have used this branch often and it seems very good .. Joyce owusu was the person I dealt with she was helpful and also had wide knowledge .. generally service is good at this Branch...

I own accounts with several banks, and I must say, the people at this branch are quite knowledgeable and straight to the point. I hate small talk that tellers try to engage me in, but the people at this branch value time. I have had a few meetings with different people to either take out a loan, make wire transfers, or open up/close accounts. I wish I could remember all the names, but most recently I believe I met with Sherry (?), and she fulfilled a request for me to get approved for a loan in a timely manner, and even followed up when she was on vacation. So I must give thanks where it's due, and I am very pleased with service here.

A small branch that's big on customer service. Parking is always a challenge but the drive-thru ATMs are convenient.

The worst banker I have met is Shumita at this branch. Very unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with customers. Because of her I will take my business somewhere else.
