Most useless bank, you can’t even deposit money at the front counter. It’s only for information. Horrible service I will be moving all my accounts to another bank

Extremely disappointed in this branch location. I am unsure why they even have this branch. when only the lady at reception who knows nothing is the one handling people. She has no clue what she does plus rides on such a high horse and attitude beyone that and customers had to tell her to tone down her attitude with her level of compatibility. And honestly its the manager’s fault to keep her such an insufficient person on front face and what are those so called financial advisor doing in their offices? Noone came to her help may be they also have same knowledge. I feel bad for people who take advises from there.
