I have visited three times to this branch where I had to interact in person. Unfortunately all three times it's been very dissatisfying experience. You won't feel like being treated valued client. That's why my mortgage is with other bank. There only best experience that I had when using ATM and no in person interaction.

The lady named Preeti was very cold and rude and kept snapping at us as if she just wanted to go home.  It looked like she was having a bad day but if you are in customer service you have to understand that you cannot take it out on the customer.  You must be professional at all times.  Based on her service I would not go back to this location, however, there are other staff who are professional so maybe I will just avoid her.

Excellent service, a great change. Staff is very friendly. I was very impressed when 1 staff member and the branch manger came to us while waiting in the line and asked if someone has to do non-cash transactions. Two persons were served right away and line was shortened.I was last in the line but got my turn in 2-3 minutes.
