BMO Bank of Montreal

Not a good experience at all. They dont even care for there home clients. Other BMO Branches are way better. I have a account here and there behavior was worse than other branches. They didn't care. There Asst. Manager was not at all Co Operative. I will prefer to go to other Branch. Overall BMO is Good. But sometimes staff ruins the image.

Cashier are slow so I started using the drive through to make deposits. I got my head offive to send a bank card to use the drive through machine instead. The drive through machine has problems picking up and scanning the cheques. It spits it back out so you have to park your car, turn it off get out and go inside to the machine inside. I've asked them to fix this but because I am one person nothing has been done about it. How customer service of BMO! Its the one closest to my home so its upsetting that they disregard my requests. To make matters worse, its for my work deposits not even my own personal cheques. Oh well, hopefully they see this post and do something about it. If your experiencing the same thing speak up and be honest!

I am a customer of this branch since they open in 2008. To me the staff is well trained and professional. All appointments requested been attended on time. Excellent rate in my mortgage, ANN SEWAK you are the best.

Tellers are really unprofessional !!! Consultants at the back are amazing though..
