Had to go in for a quick cash deposit but so glad I don't bank with RBC, slowest service ever!

The bank will not return my money. Royal bank made the mistake of entering the wrong transit number so my account was billed twice from a security company. Whom I had never heard of. Two transactions were taken out of my account. One transaction was returned but they will not return $247.47 because it has been over 90 days. There policy is basically that if it has been over 90 days THEY GET TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.
