I love this branch!  Maninder Ghandi is my mortgage broker who knows everything and she helped me close the best rate possible for my house!  And a super incredible manager, Frank, who goes above and beyond for his clients!  Trust me all my visits there have been fulfilled!  I am a customer for life and have referred a lot of people there myself.  Don't read the negative reviews, but go there and see the difference they make!

STUDENTS: stay away... they dont understand the lifetime value of a person. Last three visits were... rude. I see the change in how im dressed affects my service; which should be the same for everyone?? Example: me"hey  was wondering why I havent recieved my bill?" Them"I dont understand what you mean!" (Shouting) ...well its your job to understand. But you see what i mean. Reaon for not sending my bill "I dont know" ...own up to you mistakes, builds trust.

The old staff were amazing.  The experience was always very personal.  I have stopped going inside because of the attitude of the new staff. I have decided to do my business banking with TD specifically due to the experience at this branch.

Had to visit branch 3 times as my file kept getting transfered for a line of credit. Each time I revisited I had to explain my story over and over. Advisor told me to apply for maximum line of credit as I should get approved and then after 1 week declines me by saying "it is declined because you don't use your TD line of credit" lol are u kidding me? Very bad service
