RBC Royal Bank

I wish I will give them 0 star. The staff here did not listen and help their customer. I have student account with them and when I applied for credit card they told me to call trans union and called them but they told me that the bank has to call us to check the status of our application and I said to lady over there she told me she will not talk to them you have to do whatever you can I have another client. This is very disappointing.

Good evening,nI hope you are doing well. Today i have visited the royal bank in the evening time. I have to open my bank account for my friend. Within 15 to 20 minutes checking account is opened by Kamal preet Singh. He has clear all enquires. I am extremely happy with the services. The staff is cooperative in the reception desk. He also copy some documents and upload into our computer system. Our life insurance agent, Vrisha, was amazing! She guided my husband and me through the entire process with patience and expertise. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout. Highly recommend her services!

I wish , i could it a minus review. This branch and even RBC bank has the worst service ever. I filled tax form atleast 7 times. When i went walk in … they asked me to do an appointment and when i got appointment. Then staff told me that I don’t need appointment for this thing and it can be done just by walk in. Earlier they said we can’t repeat first name as last name . And later another branch told me that this is acceptable and they wonder why other branch mentioned this thing.

I went to this bank today there was a lady on front desk maybe she was giving training to new employee she was extremely rude… i know she is indian but you people spoiled our community of being polite… STAY AT HOME IF YOU DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS… or work somewhere else!!!
