Door says open at 9:30 am but when you go inside, tellers open at 10 am. CIBC seems to be laziest bank out there. Time to switch to another bank.

Only TWO teller at the end of the month! Waited min of 15mins. Service is slow about 8 people behind me all complaining and everyone else after transaction!!! Asked the teller why and he said, ask my manager. Also someone keep pushing that we use the machine instead!
