RBC Royal Bank

I needed to get a specific letter from the bank stating amounts in my account for studying abroad and the teller had such attitude when she had to print my letter twice. I don't understand what else you are getting paid for if it isn't to service customers. I needed specific details outlined in the letter and she was so miserable, bitchy and RUDE. She did not want to help at all and she made it very evident. I did not appreciate this girl's attitude and she really needs to re-evaluate the type of job she's in (helping customers). I also came another time inquiring about student line of credit and the person helping me had absolutely no idea about the student LOC was about and could not answer a single one of my questions. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this location if they are looking for actual professional and help in a specific area of banking. A lot of inadequate people are hired at this location.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Outside of the one teller at the branch who greeted me and tried to assist, this was the worst experience I have had at a branch to date. In this day and age, customer service and going above and beyond are what we as consumers have come to expect. The financial advisor who assisted me was unprofessional and did not seem like she wanted to help me at all. She answered her personal cell phone during our meeting and even proceeded to say, "I dont know why they asked me to open this account, this is something a small business advisor should do". Which is actually incorrect as I later found out. I have made several attempts to contact someone and nobody has made any effort to rectify my experience. As someone who worked for the #1 bank in customer service for 10 years (which obviously is NOT rbc) this experience was appauling and leads me to understand why everyone banks with TD in Brampton. I am confident I will be terminating my relationship with RBC.

Always has to wait for for long time in line even one person a head of You , I returned back so many time without taking any service after waiting 15-20 min. They didn't improve from last 2-3 years , only good this is staff is very helpful

sooooooo slow. everytime I'm here I'm in line at least 15 minutes. even off peak hours. service needs serious improvement
