I went in to get some cash from the teller. That is all I wanted to do. It was a long wait. I get there and get my cash. Okay no problem but then the teller Luthra, Deepak told me about wanting to increase my credit card limit. I was not interested. I just wanted to withdraw cash. But he applied pressure to do so. Then he started to look at my accounts and talked about making appointments. I was not interested in that! I was tired and I just wanted to leave. I could barely understand what he was saying with his heavy Indian accent. Not very professional.

Such an awful and disorganized branch. I waited in line for 30 min with 4 tellers working and one man infront of me; only to be served by an employee with attitude and horrible customer service skills. I urge the management to polish the skills of their employees.

If possible want to give 0 star for the service, very poor customer service, supposed to get a call last tuesday and now he called after 10 days making excuses that he is busy..Come on man who's free here, atleast do your duty, The advisor dont know what to suggest to customer according to needs just keep on talking. Visited twice last week. Really disappointed, closing accounts with rbc , changing bank to TD or CIBC. Bad experience.
