We had a great first stay. The location is very convenient and connects to union station. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had a great view of the C.N. tower. The staff went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion during our stay. We would glad stay here again.
From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel absolutely pampered! A huge shout out to Princess and Nidhal who helped us navigate booking tickets, transportation and so much more. These two were smiling faces every time we saw them and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic! The rooms are clean, spacious and the club level access is definitely worth it. We can’t wait to come back!
April review-From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Hotel Delta Toronto set the tone for an exceptional experience. The architecture is stunning — soaring ceilings, warm lighting, and a design sensibility that feels both modern and deeply welcoming. The staff greeted us warmly and had us checked in within minutes, a small touch that made an immediate impression.nOur room on the upper floors offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was cloud-soft, the linens crisp, and every amenity thoughtfully curated. The bathroom, with its walk-in rain shower and premium toiletries, felt more like a private spa than a hotel room.nDinner at Soco restaurant was a true highlight — locally sourced ingredients, beautifully plated, and served by a team that clearly takes pride in their craft. The rooftop pool area is worth the visit alone, especially at sunset with the CN Tower framing the horizon. We will absolutely return — Hotel Delta Toronto is the gold standard for downtown hospitality.
I’ve stayed here three times already and I’ve always had a positive experience at this hotel with the front desk team. two particular stays I want to rave about is for my birthday weekend. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a dessert prepared. For my recent stay, Katarina D was very kind, and friendly with my check in process. She extended me with Platinum Elite benefits which was so kind of her as I was short on nights to renew my Platinum status. The club lounge is very clean, lots of options and the team there is also very lovely. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to future stays!
I was at Delta hotel at 75 Lower Simcoe in Toronto on February 28th 2026 for the Metals Investment Forum. The agenda said they provided breakfast and lunch. I was disappointed to see the lack of vegan options. For breakfast, they only had fruits and commercial pastries. I asked for vegan options and they refused. I would have been happy with toast and peanut butter but they refused that too. Same thing for lunch. They said they were not going to prepare a special plate for me because they had a vegan option on the buffet. When I read the labels, the only vegan option they had was grilled vegetables. I tried to explain to them that's not sustainable because it's a side dish. Vegans need protein too. They had cheese in the chick pea salad and everything else. I've spoken with kitchen staff, the manager and event organizers specifically mentioning that I mentioned my dietary requirements during registration. I'm very disappointed that we still need to explain ourselves in 2026 and animal exploitation is still on the menu. This isn’t the hotel I would stay in because of lack of customer service.
