My favorite hotel in downtown Toronto. Perfectly situated in the entertainment district, close to the harbor front, close to every attraction and easy access to transit. The hotel is clean and modern. Excellent buffet breakfast. And the staff is wonderful and attentive. The rooms are large, super clean and modernized. I'm in TO regularly for work and play and this hotel is always my first choice.
I loved my stay at this property. The hotel is modern and the rooms are good size. The water pressure is amazing!! The location is right behind Union Station which is super convenient. And smack dab in-between Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. The staff was amazing. I will definitely stay at this property again.
We only stayed one night, but it was wonderful.nThe lovely woman at the check in desk, named Princess, was an absolute angel. She helped us out when we rolled in after having to be up very early for our flight, looking to find a washroom to change then check our bags until the room was ready. She had the forethought to check if any rooms happened to be ready. She was able to find us a room with the same size bed we had booked a few hours early, and it was a lifesaver. It had less view which she informed us of, but after only getting 3h sleep the night before, we were thrilled with the option and took it. She was at the desk a few times while we were popping in and out and she was wonderful every time, friendly and kind, remembered us and answered all of our questions with a smile. That woman deserves a raise, a bonus, and a fancy coffee.nThe room was large, clean, and exactly what we needed. Next time we come back to Toronto, we would 100% choose this hotel, and would recommend to anyone. It is a bit costly to be accessible to most, but it's a wonderful experience.
Lovely hotel, but the details have kind of let it down…nI’ve stayed here a week now for work, and whilst walking into the room was lovely, unfortunately as the week has gone on, housekeeping is lacking.. the number of towels in my room has dwindled, and dirty coffee mugs have not been replaced. Also… room service, whilst friendly, is lacking seasoning literally… I miss salt…. It’s a nice place.. just missing those touches that make it feel special.nnIt’s nice for a night but needs a bit more attention to detail.
I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is simply amazing, providing easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room upgrade was outstanding, and it made our stay even more special.nnA special thanks to Shane for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His efforts truly made a difference. I also want to express my gratitude to Katrina at the front desk for her amazing service and warm welcome.nnThe breakfast buffet in the lounge was a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, and the view of the city skyline was simply breathtaking.nnI highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit.
