I’ve stayed here once and just booked my second stay for the new year. Their service is always incredible and their rooms are very nice. It’s a very comfortable and luxurious feeling establishment. I booked the king room with club access. The room was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The guest service manager Vincent was so incredibly kind and accommodating with my recent booking. The location is perfect as you can access major tourist spots with a short walk. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!! Thank you again to Vincent for all the help.
I stayed at the Delta Marriott with my boyfriend for Christmas Eve, and we had a wonderful experience! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view that made our holiday stay even more special. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern and inviting.nnThe only downside was the parking fee. At $30 per night, it felt a bit steep, especially considering the already premium room rates. I believe free parking should be included for guests as a courtesy.nnOverall, a lovely stay, and I would definitely consider coming back!
Stunning view at night from the 31st floor. I'll start off from the check-in; the key given didn't work three 3x in the elevators. We have 2 kids, and it made it a little challenging to keep them behaving while trying to deal with cards not working. The rest of the experience was amazing. Besides the keys/cards not working several times, it's a drop in the bucket to the experience we had here. Would recommend 10/10 no doubt
Love this hotel! Super friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms are large and spacious. I used the pool a few times, really clean lots of towels. Location close to CN Tower and a 15 min walk to Eaton Centre.
Again, another Delta hotel that never disappoints. Great service and reception was very accommodating. We got in early for a conference and they let us check in early. Also accommodated my request for a slightly better room because I was with family. Only issue was on the last day 2 of the 3 elevators were down.
