Solid hotel choice on the south side of the Toronto city center. Rooms are good sized and decently appointed, but showing some small signs of wear on the edges. Awesome views the higher up you get a room - especially on the ends of the hallways. Club on 46th floor has amazing views and provides a good basic breakfast. Downstairs bar has one of the largest selections of whiskey in Toronto.
My partner and I stayed here a couple of nights ago for the first time. We were blown away by the exceptional service provided from the time we checked in. I want to highlight an employee that really stood out to us, Peter. We met Peter in the elevator as we headed to the restaurant on the ground floor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and even went out of his way to arrange seats for us at the restaurant despite it being busy. An easy 5 stars from us. We were very pleased, and we will certainly return to this hotel in the future.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and modern, with stunning views of the city. The location was perfect for exploring Toronto's many attractions, like the CN Tower, which was visible from my room!nnI also enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurants. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was excellent. Overall, my short stay at Delta Hotels was perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.
This has easily been one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in all my travels. The staff was great, the place was incredibly clean, it had amazing views of the skyline and the service was excellent. The gym and pool inside are also fantastic and the amenity areas were always kept clean and tidy. Another thing this place does so well is the little attention to detail that other places don’t always get. For the price, this hotel offered an exceptional experience that was well worth it. When I'm back in Toronto, I won't hesitate to stay here again. Kudos to the entire staff for their outstanding work! Keep up the excellent service!
Beautiful downtown view from my room on the 44th floor. The hotel is neat and clean. Lobby area is amazing. The Metro convention center is right across the hotel which made it super convenient. There is a sky bridge from the hotel that connects you to the convention center, union station and the CN tower.nnLoads of restaurants nearby. The room is very clean. Would recommend to others and will definitely stay here next time I am in Toronto.
