Nice staff, expensive passport photos. Nice kids zone where they can colour and stuff, there are some nice toys but also expensive. Some parking in front and on the side of the building.nnThere are also bathrooms you can use as customers.

The print shop only had one staff member working, she was doing her best but service was slow. Once we were being served though, we were happy with the help we received .nnWe ordered 3 home made calendars with my daughter’s art work. They helped us scan in the art… albeit we had to show a significant effort and failure before we were offered actual help that was helpful… as expected service to be completely honest.

I am so impressed with the efficiency in which this location is run. I was just in there to do an Amazon return. I walked in unsure of where to go and was immediately pointed in the right direction. I was dismayed to see 50 people already in line. I thought it would take forever. It took less than 10 minutes. They had someone ensuring people were in the correct line. They had multiple people at the main shipping desk, along with additional associates pulling people from the amazon return line. I really appreciate their efficiency, and respect for their customers time during a busy holiday season. Excellent work.

I would like to highly commend the staff that worked behind the parcel deliver and parcel return counters during the mail strike. The line ups were monumental , customers were snarky and that team never lost a smile. They were polite and so helpful during a really tough workday. Thank you team postal strike hell! You were amazing!

Wow! I ordered on line 2 banners to be printed. Unfortunately there was a glitch in the Staples system and only one printed. I had to go home make another one, and resend.nI was dealing with Tony at the 130th avenue location in Calgary, Alberta. I had AMAZING customer service. Even though it was not his fault, he apologized several times. He was kind, and extremely helpful!! Too bad more places didn’t have a Tony working for them!!
