Amre Supply

Needed a sacrificial anode for my water heater and found of Google that these guys had one. I was super happy dealing with David Mowser, he recommended I also replace the heat trap insert, and put a drip cap on my water outlet. Very happy with the pro plumbing service and that they had the parts for my tank. Definitely coming back.

I had an unknown issue on a stove to fix and so I stopped in to get some fuses to see if that was the problem. Elmer was the employee who got the fuses for me and I asked him about the symptoms and he suggested a few more ideas of what it could be. He had a great desire and ability to problem solve. After he spoke from his personal experience of fixing stoves he wished me luck and then requested I call him back after I fix it with whatever the problem was, whether he helped me with the problem or not, just so he could increase his knowledge. Great service and that stands out.

I have been here twice recently, not big ticket items and both times assisted by Leisa. Very helpful, knowledgeable and shows a willingness to help get the correct parts. A great representative of and an asset to Amre. I will be coming here for all parts I need that Amre carries.nnFrank

Had to pick up a part to continue work on a home renovations project, this was one of the only stores that would supply it for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I realized this as they were close to closing. I called asking if they would be able to wait a few minutes longer after closing, and one employee, Lester, agreed. I ended up making it there in time, but he didn't seem annoyed at my request, and was very helpful in getting the part. Would recommend.

I just started reading a book, Water For Elephants, and was struck by the quote on the 1st page from a Dr. Seuss book picture included.nnHaving watched 2 YouTube videos on replacing a Price Pfister shower cartridge gentle & wise suggestion from my son , I called Home Depot and the fellow suggested contacting Amre Supply for the cartridge.nnArriving at your Calgary store yesterday, I went in the front door and arrived at the big customer service counter. 2 older fellows were behind the counter and one greeted me with unbridled enthusiasm. As I approached the counter, I couldn’t help but see his big name tag - Elmer.nnI put my little white Canadian Tire bag on the counter, with the 2 old Cartridges in it, on the counter and Elmer immediately said … ‘ Price Pfister’. I was amazed!!nnElmer & I had a nice chat, I acquired 2 new shower cartridges and some plumbers grease, and he showed me where the washrooms were, and invited me to have some free popcorn.nnMy 2 showers are now fixed!!nnI so appreciate Elmer’s help and friendly nature!! Over time, I have experienced organizations with people who exude enthusiasm, are proud of what they’re doing, and treat their customers very well - ‘rocks’ of an organization. I experienced such a ‘rock’ yesterday, when I met Elmer.nnI will be back to your store! I have already shared my experience with my kids, and will be doing the same thing with friends.nnThanks for the very positive experience!!
