Man man man.. I moved here from Ontario a few months ago. For starters? You guys in Alberta have low standards for quality. Not just with herb.. Not your fault, not being disrespectful, just the truth based on what the stores are carrying and what the bud tenders think is decent. Twice I came here to this location in 3 months hoping to find a nice 14, for 75-90$ and both times I get suggested a company from “bc” for 60$ ish.. I reluctantly remind the bud tender I really don’t mind paying more as I have a high tolerance and only smoke premium bud and hash daily... Im someone who smokes 3-5 g a day everyday for the last 20 years. Long story short, when I arrived at home and opened the bag, I felt like the thc must have been in the low teens. The comical part is it listed 30%. I’m not one to break balls or complain for no reason. But if you go in there looking for quality, just turn around. Go get yourself some San Rafael, and don’t waste your money on these in house “mysterious” brands I’ve never heard of. I’m someone who’s active on Reddit boards so I should’ve known better.nnThe brown schwagyy stuff on the left is what I was sold. The stuff on the right is something I found on sale at a dispensary even closer to me a day later as I can’t even smoke this brown trash. They are Light years apart. As you can see. And I wish you could smell and taste. Bare in mind this was me giving them a 2nd chance. And taking their suggestion after describing to them exactly what I like. I even mentioned BC black/San Rafael. Two of the top companies out there, as the kind of stuff I’d like. The first time I went in I had a female chime in and interrupt the employee I was chatting with. To tell me there was pre grinded herb on sale. lol it’s not hard to find ppl who know a lot about herb guys. Better yet even if they don’t. Take an hour a month and teach them. Because how many other customers who spend over a grand a month are you losing? This one for sure.nnCheers lads

My first time in the store....Carly helped my wife and I.. very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the details of how product worked even details that might be a negative to a first time user.. I will definitely post after giving the product a good try... here's to better sleep

Always have a great experience! I usually like dealing with Dave or Shane,as my daughter worked with them both,and i love them both dearly! Shannon is really awesome and bubbly so i will see her also! Most of the other staff is knowledgeable, and always friendly! Recently purchased Apricot frostsativa,highly recommended very nice smell,smokes nicely,and well I ended up gaming for 2 hours,I don't ever game!! Shane also recommened some cream,as my arms were burned fairly bad,one application to my arms and holy the pain was gone,so too was the burn,thank you Shane! I buy my oil from here,and havent had arthritis pain in months,since i started dosing at night! Im a weekly visitor,and will continue to be! Heck might even send an application in!
