Store was very clean and organized - good signs and items labelled - it was easy to find things. Staff were accessible when I had questions. At the check out they promote using self checkout, but are quick to patiently assist or offer a regular check out experience. I had an item on clearance in my cart that didn’t indicate the posted price at the till, but the person assisting me was quick to correct it without hassle. Reasonable parking available and at a good spot in the shopping plaza. I would definitely return to this location.

This is a great place to shop if you have different hobbies. They have a lot of variety of artificial flowers. They have a great supply of yarn for knitting. They have a great selection of paints and canvases. They also do a great job of framing your pictures. Staff and great, friendly and ready to help you at any time.

Good selection of crafty goods. However every time I come here, the checkout line is insanely long. They could use a few more people at check out. I've also used the framing department for custom framing. Decent selection, fairly average pricing. Wait for a coupon.

Extremely disappointing experience. I went in to return a tube of glue that was completely hardened, and while I didn’t have a receipt, I expected at least respectful service. Instead, the front-end cashier Sami was rude and accusatory from the start.nShe acted like I was trying to scam the store and even demanded to see that my phone was dead before honoring a digital coupon I mentioned which was left in my car because the phone had died. I’ve never been treated with such suspicion over such a minor issue.nPolicies are one thing but treating a paying customer like a criminal is unacceptable. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Management needs to seriously address how customers are being treated at this location.

I rarely leave reviews, but the level of rudeness from the cashier today deserves to be addressed. As we approached the checkout, she asked if we preferred a cashier or self-checkout. I casually said “cashier,” and her immediate reaction was a loud sigh, an eye roll, and a visibly annoyed expression—as if I had just made her day significantly worse. She stomped over to the register in such a dramatic and unprofessional manner that I felt uncomfortable and told her never mind, we’d just use self-checkout.nnCustomer service is about attitude as much as action, and this interaction made it clear she had no interest in helping anyone. If simply doing your job feels like a burden, maybe it’s time to reconsider the role. This kind of energy doesn’t belong at the front line of any business.
