First time here looking for some special tool and they had plenty in stock. Huge space filled with so much tools and equipment. Definitely a good place to shop for deals!

I'd seen your sign and had never shopped there so I pulled in one day and was amazed at the amount of awesome tools you had once I signed up. Everything was easy and now any friends that I have doing audio video installs like myself I send there or at least tell him to check it out. Best selection anywhere and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and prices are great !

I am writing this after multiple visits to the Calgary location, and unfortunately, my experience has consistently been disappointing.nOver time, I have noticed a pattern of behavior that does not reflect a customer-focused environment. Staff often seem unwilling to assist, and at times visibly frustrated when I ask to inspect products before purchasing. For example, during my last visit, I asked to check a cartridge HYP-428414. While the item was brought out, the reaction after I decided not to purchase was unprofessional and discouraging.nThere have also been instances where I was spoken to in a corrective or dismissive tone for simple requests. After several visits, this no longer feels like isolated incidents but a consistent pattern. The overall environment makes it uncomfortable to ask questions or even consider returning items.nWhat makes this more concerning is that I recently visited your Edmonton branch at 10631 184 St NW, and the experience was completely different. I was treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. The contrast between the two branches is significant.nAs a business owner who spends $20,000–$40,000 annually on tools, I work with many suppliers, and respectful service is standard everywhere else.nCustomers should be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of background, skin color, or ethnicity. I strongly believe this branch needs serious review and improvement.

Great experience at KMS Tools. Shelby, the manager, and Riley from the warehouse went above and beyond to help us out. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Because of the service we received, we’re setting up an account and plan to use KMS Tools going forward to fulfill our tool and accessory needs. Highly recommend.

Honestly what a terrible experience today. After simply asking for access to the washroom the guy in the grey jacket store manager? basically rolled his eyes at me and huffed me off telling me I'll have to wait for him to fix the key no problem waiting brother but you can be polite about it no?nnAfter that I simply asked the unknowledgable staff member Kimberly simply where the digital calipers were. She was quite uninformed about the stores product amrching me around every square foot instead of simply asking a colleague which she finally did AND THEN THAT LADY GAVE ATTITUDE TO KIMBERLY.nnOnce the calipers were located, Kimberly made quite the deal about me asking to open one of the packages to demo the product and look at it before I considered the purchase. The package was so easy to be opened and put back without damaging it. I can't count how many time I have done something like this respectfully at KMS or Princess Auto and it has never been a problem.nnI could hardly believe how rude this staff member Kimberly was and then for whatever reason it seems she decided to tip off loss prevention to me as if I was some sort of thief. The young gentleman was clearly unskilled at loss prevention as well it was as obvious as day that's what he was doing.nnWhat an awful experience I had today I left the store boiling mad I have spent thousands here over the years and make a point to come support a local business and this is how I am treated.nnIt's not a one off either. I am in this store on a weekly basis making purchases and I have noticed a huge decline in customer service and experience here. Treat me like a thief one more time and it will be the last time I purchase tools here but maybe the manager doesn't even care.nnKeep it up KMS you'll lose my business to Calfas and princess Auto quick. You'll be the type of store I go to out of necessity instead of out of my way to support local.
