Great customer service. I bought a torque wrench that after a year the digital display did not work. The batteries were taken out after every use. Only used it 3 times since purchasing! They replaced it! I always liked this store and its friendly staff. WE will see you all soon for my next tool need.

Such a great store. The location sucks to get in and out of, but it’s well worth it for the selection, prices, and staff. I try to buy any tools we need for our company here, supporting a real Canadian business. They have great sales, and oftentimes their prices are lower than expected in-store. Especially as a member. Love the extra discount you get when you purchase accessories for your new tool. I wish there was another location in the city, but I’ll remain loyal to KMS regardless!

Maybe this review doesn’t directly concern this particular store, but since this store sells Milwaukee products, I’d like to share my experience.nnI purchased my Milwaukee impact driver here, and after about two years of use it stopped working.nI was very disappointed that Milwaukee’s service center refused warranty repair, claiming that the tool had been previously opened by me.nYes, I did open it — but only after it stopped working, in an attempt to understand the issue and possibly fix it myself. Upon inspection, I found that the mode control module had visible burn marks and a burnt smell.nnPerhaps I shouldn’t have opened the tool, but sometimes circumstances force you to act immediately when you need to keep working. I would never have done that if the tool had been of proper quality and hadn’t failed after only two years of moderate use.nnIt’s quite convenient for Milwaukee to simply deny warranty service instead of opening the tool, inspecting it properly, and determining the real reason for failure. Instead, they just offered me to buy the replacement part for half the price of the tool itself.nnBy refusing warranty service, Milwaukee also refuses the opportunity to discover the real cause of the failure and improve their products — or maybe they already know everything, and it’s simply just business.

I'd seen your sign and had never shopped there so I pulled in one day and was amazed at the amount of awesome tools you had once I signed up. Everything was easy and now any friends that I have doing audio video installs like myself I send there or at least tell him to check it out. Best selection anywhere and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and prices are great !

I have been in a couple of times. What a great store! They have many, many tools and other items to help get jobs done. Both times staff approached me to ask if I needed help. Probably noted the “deer in the headlights look”. The last time, I went in due to an item I noted was on sale in their flyer. One of the staff lead me right to the item I was searching for, and other necessary accessories. She was friendly, polite and professional. It was, for me, a great experience. I will say, you need to be a member before you can take advantage of the sale prices. Although I do find that a bit irritating, I think these days it is very common. Becoming a member was an extremely fast process at the checkout. If you need tools I would definitely recommend considering KMS Tools.
