I started off by just leaving a rating but I think I need to elaborate on my 5 stars... But first it needs to be put into perspective.... nobody is entitled to anything! But everyone is entitled to be treated properly....on both sides. Just as at work, you want to be treated well by colleagues and patrons! Well we are at their work place and believe me they too enjoy proper treatment. The staff is always courteous Well informed Helpful And I appreciate the suggestions, albeit sometimes I wonder if they really know my budget, but that's up to me. And yes, at times I have to wait, or look for someone, but we're also short at my workplace so I get it, and I don't get all hot and bothered. If the store was only there for me, they wouldn't have stocked it so much lol So thank you for your vast selection, your service and your suggestions. I wish you well!!

i understand that this is a government owned monopoly, but still.... Customer service could be much better. Really, why do you need those cashiers if they treat you as if you're not existing.... They just talk to each other and don't pay attention to you while mechanically doing their job. Just replace them with automatic cashiers, they seem to be more polite....

SAQ Select has a wide variety of local and imported wines at reasonable prices

Very good choice at this location especially in comparison to some others. Be aware that prices will be raised this Sunday at all SAQs as the producers have decided to do so.

Very rude employees there, I prefer the one in Fabreville much better staff.

OK so the store has been around for a long time. The selection is pretty good compared to an express. I always find what I’m looking for. I totally get that the employees are fighting for their collective agreement, but that doesn’t mean they can ignore customers when they walk in. They all look miserable and were more concerned about their schedule and hours. And yes that’s because I overheard them talking about that. At the end of the day I don’t have a choice to go to get my stuff. I hope they realize that the general population doesn’t feel bad for them. They technically work for a government organization and their salary is pretty decent for what they do. At this location the only guy that was helpful and kind of funny, look like he drank before going into work to make it better, Maybe it’s just because everybody looks like they needed a drink. Everyone else just tried to avoid customers by hiding in the back store, and Let me tell you, They were not restocking shelves. The guy at the cash looked like he wish were in the back store With the rest of them. At the end of the day does it matter? no. I leave with the alcohol that I cannot buy anywhere else and that’s the end of it
