After our order arrived it is came that way. During the last 5 days I'm trying to get in contact with client service. so far no luck. They are promising to get back after 72 h but no one bother to get in touch.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. First, the sellers are like vultures, starving to make a sale. Once you make the mistake to purchase anything they will have thousands of excuses for not meeting the delivery deadline. 1 month later still waiting. Missed work to wait for deliveries only to be called at 8PM by immature teenagers laughing and lying about a flat tire, truck breaking down, being sick, traffic and car accidents. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
Horrible customer service. From the minute we walked in, to after the sale. My aunt bought a table and there were wrong parts in the box. Called customer service, opened a ticket online, didn't get a callback and it's been a week+. NOT A PEEP!! If I could give a -10, I would. It's sad that businesses like this are still open.
We didn't have a trouble free experience, some of our appliances arrived damaged. The employees of RD made sure that we were taken care of and our kitchen looks great.
Nice and spacious. They have a great selection of products and lots are made on Canada. The salesmen are professional and knowledge. I would say that the store needs more lighting. Good parking place and not alot of people. Their prices are great compared to other places
at begining they sell you the items and they say they guarantee the furniture will arrive without damage , if they get defected so they can change it , but once u received damaged , they dont change it and instead they will repair and look ugly after that. yes after long struggle with calls and request as well . they always stick to their online policies . but in store purchace they dont even mention anything about policies. worse after-sale service
I order sofa and this came that way . Reaching them from last four days but still no response at all . Really bad experience and poor service
in-store purchase DONT tell you that you cannot get you defected item replaced , they just give you the bait and you pay , once its delieverd defected to your address , you will have to email after-sales department to get suprised with their " quote , its final sale and we can send our tech to repair it for you " , yes after big struggle for 12 days , and yes you will have a repaired ugly looking couch for same price of NEW one , which you supposely bought a NEW couch . beware and think 3 times , make sure to record their false guiding in store purchase , because theyt keep saying " we can change it for you if you receive any defected item , and also record the delivery too , because they also say " dont worry they will change it for you "
worse after-sale service , think twice before you buy and always ask them to explain the policies of their store and after-sale support because you will get screwed up surprise after sales i they send you a defected furniture . not recommended

Surplus RD de Laval. On a bien reçu la laveuse et sécheuse. Electrolux qui a la possibilité d'être superposé ou une a côté de l'autre. Pour moi elles doivent être superposé. Vendeuse de merde. Elle m'a bien préciser que j'aurais le morceau encadrement pour les fixé une sur l'autre avec les machines. Et que les livreurs mettrait les machines une sur l'autre. Rien de cela à été fait. Les laveuses sont dans la cuisine et non dans l'emplacement et je n'ai aucun encadrement avec et pour les raccordements il y en a aucun. Cette vendeuse ne ma jamais préciser que il n'y aurait rien avec les machines et que pour les avoir qu'il faudrait que je paie un surplus d'argent. Et le patron s'en foute de tout cela et me dit d'aller a Terrebonne pour aller chercher l'encadrement pour les machines. Un service et magasin de merde. La vendeuse ne sait pas faire son travail. N'aller jamais a ce magasin car vous allez le regretter. Ce n'est que des menteurs, ils disent n'importe quoi. Pour les dcux machines cela m'a coûté 1953.54$. Ce sont de vrai voleurs...
