We bought items because we really needed them or else we would have honestly left. We were alone in the store and we felt like we were bothering the staff - the rudeness and replies made us feel unwelcomed. One thing for sure, the staff has 0 customer service and this is coming from a person that is not difficult. I wonder how the experience would be for a picky person... a shame! At one point, we asked about the product that removes the salt and calcium, and mentioned that we have used the wipes but they never worked for us. And the response was: “When your shoes turn white, we’ll see you back in the store and will talk about it.” It’s not a competition, we’re not playing my words against yours. I never usually write reviews, but the experience was so bad that I had to share my opinion.

Les rabais étaient intéressants mais l'attention et le sourire de la commis n'étaient pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons eu un léger bonjour. Mais faire l'inventaire des produits semblait une plus grande préoccupation que de faire une vente.
