By far, the worst service. 3 dresses purchased with an in store promo for free shoes. 2 of the dresses were in stock and the other had to be ordered. As we had already gone to the St Hubert store and tried on a size 11-12 we advised them but were told that there was not much difference with the 13-14. So, we took their advice and they ordered the dress. They never called to advise us that it was received. We went to the store to be told it was not there. They called us a week or so later to tell us that the employee had made a mistake and that now they wanted another 45$ dollars to release the dress to us. We refused and they called us back to say they would release it. We picked up the dress to find out it was too big. We called the St Hubert store and were told that they had one and to just pass by and they would exchange it. We drove 25 klm to be told that we were at the wrong store. We drove to the other store after having paid for parking and were told no dress there and it was to be at the first store. after having paid yet another parking and waited 45min we were told that they could order one for an extra shipping fee of 35$. We explained that we drove there for nothing and we were told in the first place to take the 13-14 size by them. In the end they told us there was nothing more they could do. Thank you Junoir kids! I went to the store because I was looking for a suit for my son. He is 3 1/2 and apparently the store had a lot of variety. My five-year-old got a suit from here and it was nice. Service is left to be desired. I guess they're trying to be helpful but they are not warm or welcoming. Considering that children are either in Daycare and or in school it is hard to bring them along. It would've been nice that the manager and employee who were at the counter when I told him I didn't know if it would fit, could have perhaps told me that this was not refundable. Considering that one size does not fit all, and that is not a small store,you would think they would allow refunds. So I am stuck with a suit that does not fit. I did exchange it but it still does not fit. I do not want to deal with the arrogant manager. Also it would be nice if it were a lot more clear on your receipt that there are no refunds. There is a paragraph that mentions you are allowed to refuse a refund, probably if someone tried to return a used suit. I get it. But it is brand-new and it was only a day later. I understand you want to sell, and not have refunds left and right, you're also a children store and should definitely clarify that before somebody purchases something that cannot be refunded. A little common decency would've have been nice and said hey maybe you should come back with your son so we can try it on. But of course not, you would want me to spend and then be stuck with the credit note. All the good comments have to do with variety and that is why you are getting three stars. Variety is not lacking for formal suits. They just didn't have what I was looking for and the fit. I would just like to clarify that my five-year-old has a nice suit from here. He is also part of the bridal party my other son isn't.

I was there today, it was worth service! A lady follow me with a cofee on hand ! When my girls try to see she didnot let them ! I never back there!

The staff was very helpful in finding what we needed for my nephew, niece and 2 cousins who are in the wedding party. We were done within the hour and down about $100/child (not including shoes). They assured us that if the kids grew out of the clothes before the wedding we could come back and exchange them for a better fit. Overall good experience.

Awesome shopping experience! The staff was really kind and helped me find what I needed. The quality of the clothes are excellent, I will definitely return for future purchases! I highly recommend this store to all parents out there. Good job girls!
