This location used to be amazing, but lately, they seem to hire unmotivated employees. There is a youngish specific cashier who is very rough, and is rude to customers and kids. I still like the products but have a feeling this business won't last. How can they charge so much more for products than anywhere else and still make a profit? The birds and small animals seem to be of good quality but for certain birds, you don't know if there is cross breeding, and you get no tags or paperwork.
I met a professional employee for aquarium . He took the time to explain. The service was excellent and the prices were reasonable 10
Amazing management team that is always ready to cater to all our needs! Very friendly staff and all the animals are very well cared for. They are very polite and super helpful whenever any questions are asked! Overall a 10/10 experience every time :
Amazing place. Super friendly, patient and great advice. Went to buy the kids a hamster after 2 years of begging. Left there very knowledgeable and ready to take care of our new adopted family member.

Come here for the fish & aquarium supplies for a few years now- their stock is mostly healthy and the staff pleasant enough, but the advice is sometimes off with regards to fish illnesses and plant care. Don't expect your plants to do as well as in their display tanks- its a waste of money to believe so. Flourish tabs and liquid plant food cannot fight against Laval municipal water. Have spent 100$+ in the past on "easy" to grow plants that shed their leaves and die from shock in one week. Seems like you need to spend big bucks on fancy life support systems for plants. Maladies: Question well your store advisor about illnesses your fish may get- you have to weigh the benefits of isolating a sick fish in a hospital tank- stress of being isolated in a smaller tank weighed against the seriousness of the disease. If its not contagious- leave the fish with his/her buddies.
Good store overall but the elderly lady near the bird section was rude to me. Plus, she always watch the customers with a horrible facial expression. Feels like she hates everything.
We bought two hamsters from this store over the past years. Nice store with a variety of animals.
