GUESS Factory

I love Guess products, but this store seems to win first prize for pricing errors and bad signage. Over my last few visits, almost half of the items I wanted to purchase were not at the price I expected them to be sometimes lower, but mostly higher. Check all prices as they get scanned!

Not happy with customer service

Yesterday i spent 160.00cad in guess factory laval,by mistake i bought for my daughter a t-shirt size 3y and she’s 5years old. Today i went to exchange it the guy in the store start saying that the t-shirt smells i told him i purchased yesterday in the evening and it doesn’t fit it’s too small and i’m exchanging it with the SAME t-shirt but bigger size he got upset and he was so rude. Like i spend a lot every month in this store so if one time i want to exchange something just because it’s small it’s so unprofessional to treat loyal customer like that.

It used to be an amazing store and maybe for women it still is, but the men's selection has dropped too much.

It was for my Covid 19 shot, if anyone needs directions, it's near the food outlets , at the Mega Center 13

Very Expensive for an outlet store. Out of fashion and poor choices. Wasting time wity brand name outlets in QC.

Have good discounts sometimes but these days not the best quality of cloth...
