Not bad, but a lot of items were empty, looked liked a store going out of business ...girl behind the counter was very nice. They popped 4 of my balloons and their policy is if it's from another store they will not replace them. I've always gone to Party Expert and they never popped any of my balloons! The ones that survived lasted long with the extra gel. When I called to ask one question I was put on hold for so long by the owner who seemed mad and unpleasant!
I went in about two weeks ago and I was served by two girls who are probably twins. These girls were honestly so amazing! Sweet, welcoming, very patient and helpful in their mannerism! I would go back just because of the service they provided!
The store says it opens at 10am and several times I had been outside at 10:05am and the door was still locked. The service is also terrible. The last time I went, one of the staff was on the phone and I stood in front of her a good 5 minutes as I had questions, she didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked out and will never returned.
The place appears to be closing but it isn't very clear either that or they are completely reorganizing the store- I didn't see any signs mentioning a closure. The employee that was there seemed to be very annoyed that I wanted to buy something, definetely not the friendliest service I've encountered.
One of the best party supplies stores. Very diverse and have items for various different celebrations as well. Got some unique stuff which I have never imagined to gotten in Montreal. Hope they can continue and don't shut down in this difficult time. Definitely worth a trip.
Our school ordered from them for our students’ graduation. We ordered 72 “Class of 2021” bracelets. There was 1 missing and they said they’ve triple checked and can’t do anything about it. They were pretty rude about it too. The bracelet costs 50 cents… I went to buy the missing one at Party Expert and they gave it for free when it wasn’t even their mistake! Customer service could use some work if you want loyal customers. We spend hundreds, if not thousands every year for our school graduation and they certainly didn’t try to keep a loyal customer over 50 cents.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Amazing service every time! And the prices are fantastic. You always go above and beyond to make sure your customer are happy! Thank you for all of your service! Best Party store in the city!
The store has many options for balloons, the price is alright. The main issue is the staff and the manager. The staff is rude and the manager cannot handle pressure. There is no need to give attitude to customers just because you received many orders at once - that is certainly not our problem. Please learn how to cope with your stress and workload. If you tell me to come back within 30 mins and the balloons are not ready, you are wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and visit another store for your needs.
