This Michael’s is nice. It is clean and the staff are friendly. I went twice in the past week looking for summer activities for my kids and for tie dye supplies.nnThey have lots of summer activities for kids to do and lots on sale or clearance.nnThey were out of stock on some of the sizes of jerseys I wanted but they had a lot of the tie dye in stock.nnThe staff speak both French and English which is great as I am not a French speaker.nnWhen I went it was not busy at all which was nice. Easy to shop without lots of people around. Masks are mandatory there is hand sanitizer at the entrance.nnThere is lots of parking and this Michael’s is in the same area as some other big stores.
Instead of buying online, I went to the local store this Tuesday morning 11/26/24 10:03 in this freezing rain to support it. The lady at the cash register #4 an older Lebanese woman was in a bad mood. She seemed irritated by putting items in my bag sighing with a bad attitude, as I was shopping with my 2-year-old, and the store's shopping cart is quite small to put back my scanned items in it like she wanted me tosince it was still full of stuff. Paying with cash also seemed to be too much for her, as she struggled to count the money and give me change. Her bad mood, especially at the start of the day, makes me want to shop online and avoid this kind of service,ESPECIALLY after spending over 388.61$..nService is everything or else why shopping local when online is much more convenient ?!
A couple of weeks ago, I visited this Michaels. I had purchased a bunch of Distress Oxides over the preceding week or so that were now on sale for BOGO 50% off, so I was returning them and then buying them back to take advantage of the lower price. I never got her name, but the individual at the till was awesome! She was patient with the tedious task of returning my items off of two receipts and we had a lovely chat while she took care of everything. Of course, because it's a Michaels, I had to take a tour to see what was new, and my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of interacting with the cashier again on our way out. Overall, it was a really nice experience, so thank you Michaels cashier for being so great!

I love michaels they always have something new in the store, it's an excellent place for all type of art projects . You can find everything at micheals its pretty affordable and they always have a liquadtion section and coupons.
