Never buy blinds from here! I spent over 90$ each side for my patio and at the beginning they were fine but even since the beginning they would never 100% smoothly open and they don’t offer refunds.because of this faulty item every time I try to retract the blind it derails and rips the lining! Even after following their instructions! Don’t waste you’re money on blinds here go anywhere else!
I recently had one of the worst service experiences at [business name]. From start to finish, it was a complete disappointment.nnFirst, the staff were unprofessional and rude, making no effort to assist or address my concerns. The service was extremely slow.nnWhen I tried to complain or ask for a resolution, the management was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they made me feel like I was the problem.nnI would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or providing good service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
We were referred to this place and absolutely love it. Very large selection of items from kitchen to curtains, bath mats, utensils etc., great prices and really great quality roller blinds at a very reasonable cost. The owner I'm assuming Lina was amazing. We had an issue with one of the blinds and she didn't hesitate in making it right. Go check them, I'm sure you'll find something.
Very bad experience with blinds and with staffnThe salesperson sold them to me as blackoutsnShe was new and now actually not working there anymore.nThey didn’t want to give a refund even if they admit she was in the wrong.nThey were arrogant in there answer but with a smilenSo i bought stuff i dont need or else it was 80$ in the garbage.nI believe in customer service and they have no sense of that at all.nThey are nice with you untilnYou have a problem to be solved.nI will never go back there and never recommend to anyone ..nLesson learned
This family run store has absolutely everything you need for your house at exceptional prices. From kitchenware to curtains, to coffee tables! The staff is wonderful and ready to help. They really know how to take care of their clients. A place worth checking out!
