Girl at the counter was nice and serviced us well. Good location in the Supercenter with plenty of parking and other stores/services nearby and right by the highway too. There was a long to get our stuff printed but that was to be expected for the time we went at. Overall good experience, best place to shop for school supplies in the area no doubt.

Good Service, very accomodating and bilingual. Very quiet when i was there. This store resides next to an esso and within the Mega Notre Dame Center.

Horrible service. The staff is extremely lazy. I wanted to print something and the guy tells me to use the self serve machine even though I told him it’s 100 pages. The self serve machine only processes transactions up to $5.00. Printing 100 pages is way more than $5.00. When I tried to go back to ask for help there was a line up of 15 people so I just left. Useless staff. His excuse was that he was training someone

Had the worse experience with bureau en gros . I ordered 3 individual posted 50$ each . Which was purchased online through their website , you create your design on canva which is easy as i use it daily. When it came to picking up my order , which I didn't pick up the same day . I picked it up 2 days later , there was only 2 posted printed and it was 2 of the same design. This was for a funeral overseas and my mother was leaving the following day by plane . I had to go home resend them but because it was done through the website it was timed out and the design was gone , I had to recreate it and save it ,go back to the store and have it printed again . Only for the border to be completely different from the first print . When I got home with all three prints, 2 there ripped on the sides . Very disappointed .

Very, very terrible experience and I will never shop at this business ever again, honestly I'm not even sure how this business is kept alive. I bought a headset from this company and with it comes a non refund policy which is understandable but on day one the headset had a defect and didnt even work correctly on one of its sides. I return to the store the next day wanting either an exchange or a refund for a product that obviously has a defect in it. Here comes the biggest hassle of my life for returning a product that was broken before purchase that I bought online. I had go to 4 different Bureau en Gros stores to finally get my issue fixed and at 4 different locations the employees told me completely different excuses on why they couldn't solve my problem. Excuse #1: "Sorry the system won't let me refund this product at the moment come back 48hrs later" When the refund command was clearly visible to me on the stores computer and it was very apparent that the employee didnt wanna deal with my issue. Excuse #2: "Sorry our tech testing specialist just left a few minutes ago we need to verify that the product actually has a defect please come back at a later date" Excuse #3 "Sorry we don't do refunds on these products even if they have defects on purchase, online or bought on store, its like this everywhere even at Walmart & Best Buy. Obvious Lie But you can try going to the original bureau en gros you bought this product from to try and refund it." Excuse #4 "We normally never refund these things and its not something we do, but ill do it just for you this one next time please purchase our protection plan so you can avoid this." WHAT??? If its not something you do then why are you doing it? I know my consumer protection laws and by law this is covered instead I'm being fed that I should purchase their over piced and unnecessary protection plans. For all these reasons I will never buy from this company ever again, I rather go to Walmart, Amazon and Best Buy where Ive never had issues like this.

not helpful sales service and there's always a queue for the caisse, especially at this time of year. Why they dont have more cashdesks- I dont know. Was sold the wrong cover for the cellphone that I bought from them. Was not briefed on the features of the phone either and what other adaptors I needed. Some phones come with a charger- others don't. Some phones need sim cards to get started or use google- others don't. So spent some time running around/ researching info about the phone they sold me and went to Best Buy in the end to get help. Best buy= better service.

Worst costumer service from the girl at the compter this morning I went to pick up my parcel from dhl at bureau en gros I showed all thr details to the girl for my parcel and all she's telling me we didn't receive when dhl told me was at the service point again second time I went and showed the girl the dhl consumer service message still with attitude she refused and said we never got your parcel I went contacted dhl again this time they called bureau en gros and ask the lady for the parcel an when they gave me the green light to go back and all she tell me sorry I put it in the wrong place your parcel I ask the girl to check the parcel for me like no care she check fast and said she had received nothing when the parcel was there plzz do your job correctly because we don't have all day to run right left just because she didn't put the parcel were she had to costumer service with attitude its a big no if u don't like what your doing u can change your job but atleast know what your doing and not make people go Bach and forth for nothing just because your not doing your job properly worst costumer from this young girl

I didn't find what I was looking for but the staff were friendly, took the time to answered all my questions. Very clean store Perfect for back to school, electronics , office desks and chairs

Pretty ok prices but the other day I was gonna return something and they were taking forever and store was closing in 40 minutes so I went and looked around then I went back to do the return and the lady wasn’t there she moved and was doing something else the manager instead of helping was closing the store.

Worst service everevery time i go they find a stupid excuse to not print my order! One time the machine is broken , other time there is no ink left or we are short in stuff !!!!They left the printing center with one employee and the line up is till the end of the store and after waiting half an hour she told me she can’t print my order because she doesn’t have the time!!!
