Went to return some orders last week. Yes I had multiple packages and I was not equipped with a box. Needed help taping them together.nThe lady at the return area was very very very rude and mocking and told me she can’t take care of this and I need to have them all in a box. I said I don’t have a box, she pointed to the section at the store, and said you go buy a box from there. The way she spoke was condescending. I refused to buy a box. She then said so she has to tape them? That’s when I replied yes please.nNo answer, no gesture…nThen she started serving others who were actually making a purchase.nI finally asked to let me go first…nI was very unpleasant with such horrible service, contrary to any other time the others ladies were very helpful.
This review is for Abdelhadi who was absolutely amazing in helping us get the best deal possible. He is patient, helpful, knowledgable and always with a big smile. Thank you again Abdelhadi and Raymond for going above and beyond, we won’t forget it!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Staples location. I waited over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and then another 40 minutes before I was actually helped. During that time, staff served people who came in after me, and there was no clear system or explanation of where to stand or how the line worked.nI completely understand that things can get busy — I’ve worked in the service industry myself — but what I don’t understand is how the team can move at such a slow pace when there are so many customers waiting. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism, and the staff seemed very laid-back despite the growing line.nWhen I spoke with the manager, instead of listening or offering a solution, he immediately defended the staff and came across as dismissive and rude. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that reflected poor customer service and a lack of organization.
Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. This stores managers Ray and Waleed are so unprofessional. The store is severely understaffed you have to wait in line for 40 minutes before it’s your turn to print something because there’s only 1 person handling 10 customers at the same time sometimes. While the managers are busy decorating. When brought up with an issue the manager acts nonchalant as if he has better things to do than help me. The only employees that actually care are the girls working at print.
I’ve wasted countless hours driving to different stores and talking to store clerks concerning printing of documents. I would HIGHLY recommend people to NOT use staple’s website because what you see online, will most likely not be what you get when the order is ready.nnThe store manager is very inconsiderate and does not acknowledge it was Staple’s mistake and doesn’t offer any type of concern or compromise. Unacceptable. I definitely won’t be using bureau en gros in the future and definitely won’t recommend their services to people.
