This place is huge and chances are you will find what you are looking for. We came from Whitby to buy a generator and related accessories during a power outage in our area. This was the only place opens and well stocked. Chris the sales representative at the electrical products was knowledgeable and helpful.
Terrible customer service the service has gone down hill. I've been buying from this lowes location for over 5 years I originally had a 5 star rating I am now changing it based on my most recent experience. My oven had an electrical fire. I went to another place first and got poor service so I went to lowes. The original person who I spoke with Mike was helping out from another location. He was absolutely amazing. However after that it went south really quick. I left my information for a price match I was ready to purchase but no one could facilitate the sale that night. I waited all day for a call, called the location 6 times and no one answered the phone, then went in and got 3 different people arguing with me that they could not price match the oven from their direct competitor when they have signs up about price match plus everywhere. I had a picture from the competitor which I had taken not even 24 hours prior. I guess you don't want or need my business so you have now lost meas a customer. In the last 3 years I have spent well over $10k in this store. But oh well there are plenty of home improvement stores around.
We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowe's. They gave us a delivery date which came and went and when we contacted them asking for an ETA, we were told another date. That date came and went so we called again and were given another date. This went on another two times two weeks later until they finally showed up.. with only the dryer. We had to call AGAIN to ask about the washer. It actually showed up that same day but low and behold, the washer doesn't work and needs a switch replacement as the lid doesn't lock. We will never be buying from here again. What a disaster, thank you for wasting our time.
Great Corrientes buying appliances at Lowe’s. The last time I went to get appliance the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I started going to Home Depot and Leon’s. This time I wanted to try Lowe’s one more time. Parvin was so helpful. She made the process so easy. Delivery and installation was excellent. Thank you Lowe’s and thank you Parvin for your great service.
Today Jan. 31-2023 will be the last day I will enter a Lowes store. After picking up 3 bags of water softener salt there were no cashiers open, only self check. They expected me a 79 year old to pick up the bags out of the cart to then scan them on their scanner. After standing there for several minutes no one showed up to help with my transaction. So I left without the salt. BTW, I am amending my will so that none of my children and grandchildren will received a penny until they sign a form that they too will never shop at Lowes.
Had such a hard time chasing the refund for items returned to the store. The order was originally placed online and the extra items were picked up by the Newmarket store. Spents hours with customer service, they had no idea where the products were, when finally found, they did a partial refund, although I received the email that my return has beed processed and confirmed. One and a half month after they picked it up, I am yet to see the refund. Very disorganized,
Max and Breanna did an exceptional job making sure I got an Emegency replacement of my washing machine very quickly and with amazing service and follow up. Much better than their competitor that has people wondering isles with attitude and a lack of knowledge. Max treats you like family at Lowe’s East Gwillimbury and Breanna is a kind hearted customer service super star. I’ll buy all my appliances there from now on. Forgot to mention they have Saturday delivery very important for a working family. Thanks guys great work.

Ordered $ 5,448.24 worth of product couldn’t get a proper delivery without problems. Driver trying to leave product on the road as I don’t have a curb on a country side road. Finally received my product and it’s damaged.Driver says go call the store not my problem.
if i could give zero stars. purchased a dish washer, was told the delivery window wouild be b/w 4-6 pm . guy shows up at 6:45 : was then told install guy would be at my home the next day, so again waiting , many calls and emails later only to find out the installation person wasnt coming, so now day 2 of waiting on lowes keep in mind i took the day off for this . now it's saturday, and advised the installation person was to come b/w 4-7pm tonight. really now again i'm on the 3rd day of waiting on lowes. this is unacceptable. Lowes.. sort your stuff out cause obviously the communication b/w departments is zero to none. never will i purchase anything from lowes, not even a light bulb. this company does not deserve any future business from me seeing they've put my family and i out for 3 days.....
