**Avoid Purchasing Bikes from This Store!**nnI recently bought a bike from this store, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The bike was of very poor quality and had a manufacturing defect right out of the box. When I approached the store manager and the department manager, Scott, they were unhelpful and did not handle the situation satisfactorily.nnDespite the bike being brand new and never used, they refused to offer a refund. Instead, they only offered to repair it, which is unacceptable considering I paid for a brand new bike and deserved one without any issues.nnI would strongly advise against buying bikes from this store due to their poor product quality and unsatisfactory customer s
I had a great experience at Canadian Tire thanks to Jada in the party city section. She was incredibly helpful with my balloon bouquet and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Her kindness and attentiveness made the whole process enjoyable. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service! Highly recommend seeking her out for any party needs!
Spent $1100 on Halloween decorations and items and accessories and they would not even give a discount on the opened Halloween decorations that are on display in the store, when they are the last ones left. We are doing an accessible Halloween this year, organized by the Town of Aurora, and some of the considerations include: non-food treats, making sure decorations and atmosphere are not too frightening, making the location accessible to all, etc. So we are getting new non-scary decorations, toys, safety items etc. Some assistance towards this great cause would have been appreciated like Michaels, Walmart and Home Depot provided. I overheard a young lady at the service desk trying to return a couple of defective items and they said they had to return them to the Lindsay store! We don’t get that kind of treatment at the Aurora store, that’s for sure. In Newmarket they will tell you “we are all independently owned, sorry” at one moment, and they next moment they will tell you “that’s all driven by corporate, sorry”. Wow, speaking out of both sides of their mouth whenever they don’t want to accommodate customers.nnI would say that the employees that helped me at the cash and the service desk were a joy, especially Caroline. But they have no authorization to do anything. The store manager wouldn’t even come down from the upstairs office to speak to me. Awful.nnAnd the only washrooms I could find were hidden away in the automotive department where you have to sneak around behind the automotive desk to get to it because they have blocked the pathway for customers to get to the washroom. Nice accessibility Newmarket!nnSorry, but you will not be getting any more of my business, it’s off to Aurora for all of my needs from now on.
Canadian tire is a joke. The entire focus is supposed to be about cars….i brought in the vehicle handbook to make sure there was was no confusion yet they still somehow mess up the most simple task …cabin air filter does not fit at all…how is this even possible now I have to waste time getting a refund.nnSo unprofessional how this is even possible is beyond me
Sergio and his amazing staff behind the auto parts counter went above and beyond for customer service! Finding the parts I need that were in the back, to be invoiced. Thank you everyone! Great team.
