Amazing service! I wanted to give a shout-out to Romela, who helped me and my mom out today; she spent a lot of time explaining details to my mom and helping her choose the right products. Mom felt really seen and noted Romela's professionalism.
I did a curbside pick up recently for a patio umbrella. It took 3 days after opening an order before receiving an email notifying me to pick it up. When I showed up, I was shocked at how many cars were waiting for their order. I spoke to a few people and some had waited for more than an hour. Luckily, I only had to wait 25 min. I needed help with a project on my peg board. I wanted to have it sitting horizontal instead of vertical. Gary was able to help me right then and there. He was very patient and we worked together to fulfill the project drilling and sawing for a good 30 minutes.nnI really appreciated the lengths that he went through to aid me with my problem!nnThanks Gary!
