Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family. Staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests. With the exception of one night, housekeeping did a wonderful job. Record snowfall in Erie during our visit, and they did very good job keeping sidewalks clear and parking lot clear. Like the McDonald's breakfast vouchers they provide for you. Would recommend.

There was a brief issue with the toilet in our room not working. The woman working the front counter quickly got us moved to the next room over. She was very understanding and everything went well from there on out.

Room looks nice didnt smell the best when we moved in our room. As the days progress and one airwick later smelled a lot better. The beds contours to your body.

Right off of the highway, decent size rooms that are nice and clean. Reasonable prices. We've stayed here a few times and definitely will stay again.

Stayed 1 night. Staff was incredible and friendly. Very quiet and never heard a pet. Very clean room and my 85 lb. Golden retriever was very happy to stay with his people. Highly recommend!
