Hampton Inn Buffalo-Hamburg

Spent a week here. Amazing staff, so friendly & helpful, especially Danelle & Ryan who both helped with directions, suggestions for local restaurants, attractions and answering all our endless questions. You both ROCK!!! Free hot breakfast every morning. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Best hotel experience we have ever had.

Recently renovated, nice public areas and rooms. Towels were very soft. Shower head was high enough to accommodate most tall guests. Helpful staff. Breakfast had decent variety but only moderate quality. Business center room temperature was uncomfortably high--I was perspiring within minutes. Reported the problem to the staff but didn't use it again so I don't know how quickly or if the addressed the problem.

Enjoyed the stay, beds were comfy. Different options available for breakfast, such as oatmeal, scrambled eggs and a waffle station to make your own waffles. Unfortunately the day we wanted to use the indoor pool, it was closed. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty

New and shiny! Love Hampton Inns and this one is new. And the front desk guy Josh makes me feel welcome, he remembers me as I am a repeat customer. Makes it just that much better. And though I have yet to try the pool there, it looks really nice. One of these trips...

Beautiful hotel, however due to travel hockey teams my stay was ruined. The hockey players were around 10 to 12yrs old and left in the rooms unattended causing terrible noise and crashing on the floor playing around while the parents were in the lobbying drinking alcohol causing a disturbance until 2am. My husband I moved to two different rooms. Called the front desk several times to have parents be quiet. Front desk was obviously afraid to ask drunk parents to quiet down. Had to call Hamburg police department to come out to t aske caare of business. Will never stay there again.
