We were in town on business. the breakfast that was included with our room was nice and had a decent variety. The room was clean & comfortable. For the small amount of time we spent in the hotel it was very nice.

Absolutely horrible! We thought it would be great for the night however, we were assigned a room that the toilet seat was broke on and maintenance didn't come replace it or fix it til after 9pm. Which they knew of the issue upon check in but couldn't do anything about it so they said just try not to use it or it may slide off. The next morning we left early and left a bag if clothes in the room and realized it when we got home and called the front desk a was very rude and said nothing was found. We know for a fact that the bad was left. I had to call corporate to try and get in touch with a manager and almost a week later we received a voice mail. Very poor customer service! My personal opinion we will never return or suggest to anyone else.

Except for noisy bath fan, had fine experience. Clean, comfy room. Breakfast was decent, did the job, not gourmet, but satisfactory. Easy access to Buffalo. Much cheaper!! Would recommend it to others.

Breakfast was great for a continental spread, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Wife said the place looked a little dated but we stopped here to watch the Pats play the Bills. Apparently so did all of the Pats fans. Near to new era field.

Good location. Rooms need a good cleaning. Called many times for air refresher because it smelled like someone pissed in our heater, but they never delivered. Lots of choices for breakfast.
