Hampton Inn Buffalo South/I-90

We recently stayed at this hotel well attending a hockey tournament in Buffalo NY. The hotel could not have been more accommodating! Destiny was helpful from the first time I called the hotel. Being the hockey team coordinator I called several times to check on who booked their rooms and even to plan a banquet. Destiny was fantastic! Once at the hotel, Destiny and Connor did everything they could to make sure we were happy. They went out of their way to help us give the kids a nice banquet and allowed the kids to be kids without following them around the hotel complaining about everything (other hotels have done that). They made this trip fun, relaxing and I can't thank them enough! I would recommend this hotel, its staff and if ever given the opportunity I would stay here again.

I stayed here for three nights and I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and amazing. The breakfast food was great and I like the lounge area. I want to say thank you so much Connor and Anne for going above and beyond and making sure we had a good time here. We will definitely be back. Go PATS

Bathroom in lobby very dirty had to tell front staff twice. Not the cleanest Hampton. Elevators were full of food trashed on floor

What a great deal I found on Expedia. Clean room, great bedding and the breakfast was outstanding. Pool area safe and clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay at a Hamilton hotel again. 😁

We used this hotel for our wedding weekend in July 2017 and are overall quite happy with our decision! Great location as it's right off the thruway and close to commercial/retail plazas. Blocking rooms at the hotel was easy and stress-free and we did it far in advance as our wedding was in the middle of summer and it's location is very ideal. We highly suggest blocking rooms far in advance as this hotel seems to be a hot hotel for weddings in general. We also found out that our wedding weekend was also the same weekend as a sporting event so the whole hotel was bustling/booked all weekend! The staff is great, rooms are typical, clean, but a little outdated so some upgrades/updates would be good. Our room had an older A/C system that woke us up a lot during the night but that's our only complaint! The breakfast is pretty good; nothing spectacular but pretty decent for a free hot breakfast.
