Stayed here on a Sunday night while attending a concert just up the street at the Town Ballroom.nnService was quick and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was super comfy.nnWe were concerned about the lack of parking, but the front desk gave us a couple of options, including a slip of paper with directions to a public parking garage that was not even 2 blocks away. It was super easy.nnWould definitely stay here again.
Clean and secure stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Not hotels fault but the Buffalo Riders as I call them, hotshots with loud cars/bikes roamed the streets some on a Wednesday night. Not big on city living, but would stay here again!
The rooms on first appearance seem perfect, but shortly after, you start to notice the cracks in the sink, wallpaper coming off the wall and the toilet running all night. And how everything you put on the counter rolls off since the counters are slowly separating from the wall. The day we were there, they had no hot breakfast since they had troubles with their ovens. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the location is very close to the downtown and theater district.
Adequate hotel in downtown Buffalo. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Hallways need new carpet - smelled like wet dog. Furnishings in rooms are in serious need of replacement. We have stayed here many times - it's a great location, especially if you are going to an event at the Shea. Be advised there is no parking at the hotel... you have to use a garage a couple short blocks away. Breakfast is included and is also adequate considering it's free terrible coffee.... Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Great place to stay. Rooms are super clean and property is well maintained. Great location, however I would avoid getting a room on the same side as the light rail. Staff are very friendly and the complimentary breakfast doesn't disappoint.
