Embassy Suites by Hilton Buffalo

Location is good. Expect to pay for valet here. The floor I was on smells amazing and puts me in a calming mood. The room was roomy but housekeeping needs work on their attention to detail. Shower was dirty and some tasks were half done.

Though the Embassy Suites Buffalo might show its age, the generous room sizes and meticulous upkeep more than compensate, placing you right in the heart of downtown convenience. However, the true gem of this hotel isn't just its physical attributes—it's the staff. It's rare for me to emphasize this, but the team here elevates the experience to a five-star level. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist make you feel part of a family, validating and accommodating your needs with remarkable kindness, even when solutions aren't straightforward. This extraordinary level of service is why I'll keep returning.

I was advised to not stay here by a nurse colleague. I wanted to stay to give my unbiased review. I should’ve listen and will never stay at the location again. Not my hair….1. Two separate patches of hair on the floor and a patch in the sink. 2. Blood-ish stain on the floor. 3. Blood-ish stain on the towel. 4. Room service not connected to hotel and cannot be billed to the room. $7 fee off the top. 5. $25/per day valet only parking 6. Location is the only good thing.

Very nice rooms. Spacious, clean..Although the lighting is very dim and there were no bag in the one trash can we had in out room..Not a big deal and I would definitely stay again!

We were there for a school board conference nearby. The rooms were huge, and the decor was incredible. Maid service was very good. The shower in the bath was fair, as compared to other places we stayed in the past. The breakfasts were free and were fantastic. The omelet chefs were superb! All and all , we would come back to this hotel without question.
