The Lofts on Pearl is a proud member of the Wyndham Hotel Group Trademark Collection, offering all-suite accommodations in the heart of downtown Buffalo.

Story

Welcome to one of Buffalo's latest, most unique hotel properties located within the historic Webb building close to the emerging Canalside District! We are proud to announce that we are now open for business. Our hotel features 32 loft inspired suites containing either one or two bedrooms with a full kitchen, marble bathroom with large soaking tub (accessible rooms have roll in showers), and a cozy gas fireplace. All of our guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast available daily from 7am-11am at Brawler's Back Alley Deli, located within the Pearl Street Brewery two doors down from the hotel.

We would love to have the opportunity to give you the "Loft Experience," so stop on down and visit us for a tour of our property!

This place was fantastic. Right near the KeyBank and a great pub right next door. The rooms are spacious and amazing. Right near downtown and only a walk to all the amazing eats or a short Uber or cab ride to the trendy places in Buffalo.

Great place to stay, having a brewery next door was a real plus. Staff and management were wonderful. I want to thank them for letting me check out super late, allowing me to get out ahead of a bad snow storm.

Worst service that I’ve ever received. For the first time in my 20 years of living I actually felt discriminated against because of the color of my skin. The atmosphere was in was absolutely wonderful. Smiling face and all until I approached the check in counter. I was looked at in disgust. Instead of hello the lady immediately told me and them 3 friends that accompanied me that we can only have 6 people in our room at all times. Then went on to mention that that policy is extremely strict and that I could just get my refund if I wanted to. Because she was being so rude I took that option. So told me to call her manager then said you don’t have to be in here to call her basically telling me to leave. I stayed in because she had no reason to tell me to leave. The number was not working and she kept making it seem as if I couldn’t read. Finally she called herself and when her manager answered she said “I have these people here and thay are having a problem”. I guess that was code word for I have unwanted customers here because once I got on the phone with the manager she had a bad attitude as well and tried to deny me my money back and said that I was not allowed to check into my room. She went on to tell me that I should call my credit card company to file a dispute. I was highly upset and questioned the lady at the desk she told me that I had no reason to book the room there because I live locally. She also said she didn’t have time for me because earlier in the day she had a gun pointed at her. That had absolutely nothing to do with me but she chose to deny me service. She had no problem with anyone else checking in. I left and was forced to change my plans last minute. The company will never get a dime from me or anyone else I know.
