Worst customer service, don't care for customers

My wife went there yesterday to use her RBC card from Trinidad. After completing the transaction the card got stuck in the machine and went back in. She proceeded to discuss it with one of the workers who then told her she could not get her card back because it was not a RBC canada card. This is questionable because if any visitor had this problem does that mean they would be pennyless while they are visiting. They are so many banks in the world and to top it off the card was used at 2 other previous branches without incident. I will be speaking to the Manager when I get over the flu as this is rediculous and bias
