Had a safe deposit box with this branch and one day I call ahead to come in and look at it and they said they tried to contact me several times and even sent me a letter saying I need to confirm that I had a box there and they opened my box and inventoried the contents saying they were going to auction them off if I didn't come down and claim them. I never received any such letter and i never moved since putting my stuff in the box. These people are total crooks. Luckily I was able to claim my stuff before these morons got rid of them.

Next time I will use another branch for anything that involves more than a simple transaction.
