Went in on a Thursday morning and there was a line with 5 people and only one teller open. Another representative came out of their office to help and that speeded the process along as it seems that one customer was creating a hold-up. The teller that helped me open a credit card was extremely polite and friendly and made casual conversation and explained everything clearly.

I Like Bank Of Montreal Branch 3369 Because Service Excellent

I asked the bank manager to open an account for me so he told me to take a seat. Waited 10 mins and  he was just walking around and talking to random people wasting time for God knows what. Very poor first impression on BMOs part
