Very unprofessional service right off the bat. I went in to certify a cheque at 10 am and they hadn't certified by the end of business day. With that being said they called me in 4 times to the bank with empty promises of the cheque being ready. But instead wasn't even at the 4th time I was called by the Customer service Representative. The branch Manager had the lamest excuse as to why the Cheque wasnt certified and most disgusting Attitude. I do not recommend this branch or BMO to anyone in general. BTW the Branch Manager and his coworkers were like even if I write a bad review it will bot effect there Business whatso ever. Nothing can be done ir changed in how they speak or service Customers who bring them Business.

Awesome service. On a Sunday when they were short staffed and no appointment we got amazing service from Meena. She made eveything really quick and easy for us. Good customer service, actually looking forward to banking with BMO now.
