RBC Royal Bank

What a terrible service they are providing us here every employee just talking and talking but no one wants to work here. Please RBC do something with that branch otherwise most of the people change their bank account from here to other bank shame on you guys

Actually I don’t wanna give any star to this branch. There are also 6-7 people working but no one handling the customer. Going in and out, rolling eyes on customer but not trying to clear the line. Doesn’t care how the big line is, they love to gossip with each other and the customer whom they served. Just wondering they don’t care about people times just sit and look around. It’s a horrible. Surprise this is how RBC serve the customers.

Bad customer service by Teller Rishi at the sandalwood brampton branch, has no manners how to talk or even provide service. At my turn when I told him the issue he referred me to the previous teller I had done business with the week prior, went to him after another 15 mins wait, only to be told to go back to Rishi and then had to wait another 10 mins to speak with Rishi again. Rishi had a very bad attitude and did not provide good customer service at all. He was argumentative and rude. I was previously with RB 20+ yrs ago and left for the same reason. Completely regretting bringing my business back to RB, only to have even worse service than before. You’d think they would have improved in the yrs, but NO. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Absolutely terrible RBC. Extremely condescending and unprofessional staff members. Save yourself the trouble and chose a different branch if you are actually looking for kind and efficient service. Not only are they rude, but they are also incompetent. Staff here will give conflicting information from client service members on the phone and just shrug their shoulders and say they cannot help you. Completely useless with no remorse. The branch manager here should be ashamed of themselves for the horrible service they continuously provide Look at all the bad reviews!. DO BETTER!! Look out for the ombudsman complaint

Poor service. Client advisor takes their own time with each customer, they keep chatting with them other than banking things you can clearly hear that standing there in the que. No experience client advisors even for small deposits they take 10 - 15 mins. Very slow service whatever the line. Worst experience as uaual.
